Her voting record shows her to be homophobic, disablist (admittedly many tories would see these as pluses), but they’re also pragmatic and would understand surely that someone as hard line and hard right as her won’t appeal widely to voters which they need.
Now that and enriching their cronies is all they stand for. I’m hoping this will lead to their downfall - as it was last time - “cash for questions” anyone?

As I said on that thread - they don’t go into it for the salary (and the crazy expenses!) they go into it for the power to effect policy in their first and legislative change that will make them FAR more money long term!
