I bought some boots online from a well known, and I thought, good quality, boot seller. They were full price and cost me £160. When I got them they fit well so I wore them out. However, I then noticed that they had a sticker on the bottom saying they were in the sale and reduced to £89.
Whilst I know that I agreed to pay the full price, I can't help feeling that it does not help with customer good will to find out you have been charged full price for what were boots in the sale.
I've got another order of boots with them waiting to be delivered and I feel tempted to send them back as I feel a bit cheesed off.
