To say that Tom Hardy as James Bond is all wrong

I just cannot get my head around him being the new James Bond. He just isn’t that. I know exactly what he will do to James Bond and if I know that already, why would I want to see the movie?
Please give us someone else. 😖

I do like Tom Hardy, think he's a great actor, but I would have loved to see Tom Hiddleston be the new Bond!

I rate him very highly, think he's very good looking, but don't think he's right for Bond.

Oh yes or Henry Cavill for sure.

I believe that it is only rumoured.

I have been thinking that they have may be put this out there to create some excitement before they announce the name. That way, it might create maximum drama and clicks.

I think Tom Hardy's a great act and Bond is a step down for him. Tom Hiddleston is grotesque! He's lipsy and fey. He's about as sexy and dangerous as a pom bear. Thank God Cumbersome is out the running.

Well Daniel Craig wasnt six foot and Tom is taller. I did love Daniel though as he made bond a little darker. As for Tom he is so adaptable as an actor that I think he is brilliant and I have no doubt he will be getting eloclution lessons in preparation for this role.

In all fairness, I also wish that the Taylor Swift drama hadn’t happened. But no one is completely clean anyway. Hardy did a lot of drugs in his time.
I am hoping that this news is not true and they announce they have picked someone relatively unknown or have casted Elba.

If we're going for laughing eyes as a prerequisite then I propose Chris Hemsworth.

YANBU. He's kind of boring-looking,with rubbery lips. Hiddleston would be much better. Why anyone thinks the fact he dated Taylor Swift is relevant to anything, lord knows. People would be quick enough to slam anyone for suggesting an actress shouldn't be considered for a role just because she dated someone a bit frivolous.

I feel that Sam Heughan, Charlie Hannam and Henry Cavill can do that. Also, Tom Hiddleston is another obvious choice. All are excellent actors too.

Tom hiddleston would be rubbish! Bond needs to be believably tough - all the the fighting etc he gets involved in. I could beat hiddleston to a pulp with one arm tied behind my back (and I'm 5 foot and just over 7 stone 😂).

If we are to pick a Scottish Bond again, please give us Sam Heughan!
