Seriously stuck in a food rut at the moment and I’m so uninspired I’m rarely cooking a proper meal.

I'm having wine. I can't be arsed to cook dinner, I've spent nearly all day prepping and cooking individual meals for work for the next month and I'm past caring!BlushGrin

I just love hearing what other people make as I feel I make the same things all the time!

I need some inspiration for a homemade sauce for stir fries as I always mix peanut butter and tamari (which is still good), so if anyone has some inspo......

Veggie Sunday roast here! Roast potatoes, carrot & cumin mash, Yorkshires, Linda McCartney sausages, gravy and red cabbage. Can't wait!
The Linda McCartney sausages are great for a roast aren't they?! YUM!

Soy sauce and Siracha is good! But hot!

We had roast chicken with loads of corn on the cob baked in the oven with herbs and butter. Delicious in season, can't get enough of it !!

My husband made a roast chicken, roast potatoes, kale, broccoli and carrots. Large red wine.

Was very nice. We’re having Turkey and a cauliflower curry tomorrow night with rice, and home made naan bread!

I made lamb and apricot tagine with cranberry jewelled couscous, air fryer carrots, cauliflower and celeriac chips. Very nice!
