Fake news.

BlogTheBlogger · 25/08/2020 20:34

@missmouse101

He has said he definitely is not.
So pretty much a certain yes then
tornadoalley · 25/08/2020 20:34

wishful thinking @Leaannb

Feelinggoodtuesday · 25/08/2020 20:36

I’m not a betting woman but I think the odds are good on this one. He’ll do a runner when the proverbial hits.

MrsHarveySpecterV · 25/08/2020 20:37

@Myothercarisalsoshit thank you for explaining that. What a disaster to have this government for another four years!!

How would we know - for real?! Everyone can speculate.

The80sweregreat · 25/08/2020 20:38

Timetest, yes, a few words outside number ten , waffle on a bit about Homer and his odyssey or something similar and fuck off! Would we miss him? I doubt it.
Trouble is, Dom and co would still be hanging around so nothing much would actually change.

Witchend · 25/08/2020 20:40

I'm sure the first person BJ confides confidential information to is Cummings fil.

Funguy · 25/08/2020 20:40

Well, he told me he was.
Signed

RockingMyFiftiesNot · 25/08/2020 20:41

Please don't wait 6 months Boris & Dom.... just go

Would we notice?! He's been MIA every time there's a meeting or a problem or a job to do.

MillieEpple · 25/08/2020 20:41

Of course he will. He came in to get brexit done. He can say he did it and then can leave either his successor or another party to sort out what happens after (and say its what they did that caused problems not brexit itself) he can also leave them to work out how to pay for furlough and eating out etc. He doesnt have any further point really does he?

wanderings · 25/08/2020 20:42

His own party won't want him as PM for long, he's an embarrassment. He's bound to do a runner when Dominic instructs him to.

Jenasaurus · 25/08/2020 20:43

@Myothercarisalsoshit

It wouldn't surprise me in the least. Alexander is lazy and out for Alexander only. Now we're in the shit I expect him to move so fast he'll probably leave skidmarks.
Who is Alexander
MarshaBradyo · 25/08/2020 20:43

DC’s Fil is a stretch

But he’s not around much as it is

The80sweregreat · 25/08/2020 20:43

Alexander is Boris's real first name.
Boris is a middle name.

sycamorecottage · 25/08/2020 20:45

To be honest, if it's a choice between Boris and Gove, then I'd rather stick with Boris.

Stella8686 · 25/08/2020 20:46

@timetest

I can’t see him hanging on. He’s not exactly a fan of hard work. He can say ill health and new parenthood, waffle on a bit about work life balance, chuck in a few Latin quotes and disappear into the sunset never to be seen again apart from on satirical quiz shows.
This! Hard work and reality are not for everyone!

Unfortunately lies upon lies and a dodgy personal life and dodgy friends can only last so long

Mr I caught covid because I kept shaking hands, bed hopping and my family (father) don't follow any rules

BryonyBev · 25/08/2020 20:48

Boris looks ill and worried to me.

TatianaBis · 25/08/2020 20:50

Murdoch and Cummings clearly want shot of him, so he will go eventually.

WrongKindOfFace · 25/08/2020 20:51

@sycamorecottage

To be honest, if it's a choice between Boris and Gove, then I'd rather stick with Boris.
I suppose the only benefit to Gove is that Cummings (hopefully) wouldn’t be lurking in the background. But then is pure Gove really a benefit? It’s like a choice between being kicked or punched.
The80sweregreat · 25/08/2020 20:51

I thought that Boris Johnson looked a bit better today in his trendy red boiler suit but it's just waffle mostly and nobody asks him the big questions any more. They let him say positive things in an airy fairy manner and keep their fingers crossed it doesn't go too badly back in number ten.

Redcups64 · 25/08/2020 20:52

Does it matter? They are all rubbish, conservatives and labour alike.

Kevin down the road who runs the local newsagents could do a better job!
