I'm so intrigued to know what the average number is. I hope some of you won't mind responding.

I'll start. My number is 12

7 I knew from a young age that one night stands weren’t for me (I don’t judge others though I’ve only had sex within relationships, the thought of having sex with someone once and them not wanting to see me again would make me feel horribly rejected. My issue I know.

Between 30-40 but only 1 for about the last 15 years. I just really enjoyed university 😂😂😂

Somwhere in the 30s I think. I made a list about 10 years ago and I remember it being about 30 odd.
I've only been with two people since then .

9 - I'm 33 and been with my(now) husband for 14 years.
I went to uni in 2005 and had lost 4 stone prior to that. I was single and felt amazing and had a lot of fun 😊😊😊 Good memories!!!!! 😂😂😂

I'm one of the people with a list of 1 and I don't regret it. I like sex, but even though I can find people I don't know physically attractive, the thought of actually touching them in a sexual way is unpleasant. DH was the first person I met who I wanted to have sex with who was also interested in me. Since then, I've met other people who I could have slept with if I'd been single,but only a handful and I have no regrets about having been with DH at the time. Demisexuality wasn't a thing when I was younger and working out my sexual identity, but it's something I might have considered. As it is, I think of myself as very picky and very monogamous. My only regrets aren't really about me, but about other people's reactions - that people would assume that I have regrets, or am prudish, or unadventurous, and also that although most of the people on my "had I been single at the time" list aren't men, but that a lot of people would only count me as heterosexual because of the sex of the one person I have had sex with, even though he's actually in the minority of people I"ve been attracted to.

I've been with DH since I was 22 and the only person I really wanted to have sex with before him had hang-ups about it due to a strict Catholic upbringing. Two early boyfriends offered but didn't mind when I said no (I just "didn't feel ready" at the time, which I now realise meant I didn't really love them that much).

21 for me, mostly in my late teens/early twenties. My Dh's number is 12 but I didn't ask, he just said something about it. Probably fishing for my number!

Well I know I've slept with between 80 and 90 guys from when I was 16 to 34 when I meet my DH. I very very rarely had a one night stand but certainly enjoyed Uni in the 70s! It was a completely different mind set then. pre aides etc. I was very disappointed to find out only recently from my DH that his ex wife was his first when he was 21. He had a few relationships before we meet but his inexperience does show. Luckily I've not been that bothered about sex for a long time!
