Just went in Morrisons without my mask ....how stupid can you get?

In my own little world.
Mask in bag.
Walked in.
Noticed a few funny looks.
Went to the salad counter.
Girl behind is looking at me funny.
It took me 10 mins to realise I didn't have my mask on my bloody face.
Has anyone else forgot yet ?
Or am I just totally useless

I forgot in Tesco express yesterday. mask in pocket been on and off all day. Didn't register until a few mins in - even though i had been fuming with someone for walking straight at me in the doorway when I had stopped well out of there way I broke the mask law and had people tutting at me. Maybe need to learn the lesson to put myself in order and ignore others.

Thanks lilgreen. No I've been here 10+ years so I have plenty of English/British friends and colleagues to know this idiot is a minority, and like you said, you get them everywhere, but I do find that this happens a lot more in the UK than in any other countries I've lived in. Moreso after the referendum and bloody Brexit but even before that. It's 2020 you'd really think we would be past this by now !!

I've bought a Seasalt handyband that I can wear and pull up over my face when I need too.
