I find it interesting that the people criticising other people's answers aren't actually answering the question themselves...

Instant noodles with a tin of tuna mixed in. Ate a lot of this in uni.

Cous with some cooked chicken or prawns and whatever veggies I've got e.g. tomatos, cucumber, peppers. Bit of olive oil and garlic. Super quick and pretty healthy.

Should have been cous cous ...

Lozz22 · 26/07/2020 13:01

Pasta, peas and sweetcorn with butter stirred through. Although it was more of a my fridge freezer and cupboards are almost bare and that was about all I fancied. Plus it's bland and I've had nausea for the last few days. Might also be nice with Parmesan cheese on top but I don't have any. Quite fancy pancakes with lemon and sugar for tea but I'm shit at making pancakes

Yes to a lot of the above.

A really tasty staple here is:

Cook sliced chorizo in pan until oil oozes out
While that’s in, chop an onion, a clove of garlic, and a red pepper
Chuck those in with the chorizo, put some pasta on to boil
Add a tin of tomatoes to the chorizo pan, a bit of smoked paprika, and some chilli flakes
Stir the pasta through, and add a shake of frozen peas

Can be made in the afternoon for dinner, and also works cold for the next day’s lunch

@Anurulz It's exactly what I'm having to eat later, with Roti, papur and achaar 😋
