These dresses are absolutely everywhere. I can think of worst items. I wouldn't wear that one, too bright, but in real life at the right size, they are ok, and so much more flattering on many women than overly tight garments.

I am on a group with women from 20s to 60-70s wearing similar but in different colour (think navy/khaki/black or aztec print, or a few animal print), it's a perfectly suitable casual outfit.

Fashion change, it's refreshing to have a different silhouette. It will be something else next year anyway.

When I was stood in the queue yesterday in H and M to buy this dress (in black), my daughter did actually say to me 'mummy it's like that thing they put round you in the hairdressers'!

Imagine trying to iron those sleeves...

I’m that age where the pictures would look more aspirational if the model had brushed her hair and got a bit of lippy on.

I think it is less shocking than the slugs girls wear above their eyes...

I saw someone wearing this today - or something very like it (it was long on her - she was quite little though) with a snifkin hat. She looked like a witch in her day off. Looked very comfy though.
