Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

B - poached egg on toast.

D - Homemade chickpea curry, pilau rice, two chocolate biscuits.

Breakfast was 2 weetabix.
Mid morning I had a 3 egg omelette and a banana.
Dinner was fish tikka fajitas with salad.
Snacks were a Mullerlight, an Alpen Light bar, banana and apple, bit of smoked salmon.

An apple and some raspberries with a coffee for breakfast, DS blissfully slept in until 8:30 after a recent bout of teething and disturbed sleep, so I stayed in bed too, but then I had a conference call at 9 so it was what I could grab quickly. Made up for it at lunch with a croissant roll, these are now a thing, DH made lunch so it was a croissant/roll with ham, cheese, mustard and tomato toasted in the George foreman, it was bloody delicious. A Bakewell slice with a cup of tea this afternoon . Mushroom stroganoff, wild rice and purple broccoli for tea, just prepping now while DH puts DS to bed

Seems a lot but I'm dieting and trying to not let myself go hungry otherwise I fail, so just making healthier choices.

'breakfast biscuits' as a pre breakfast snack, as I was starving when baby had me up before dawn. Cup of tea

Museli with sultanas for breakfast with the family. Cup of tea.

Bagel for lunch, with a peach and strawberries. More tea...

Chocolate brownie for a snack.

Veggie curry for tea with half a naan (shared with toddler) and a small portion of brown rice as I cooked too much for his tea.

Another cuppa while baby cluster feeds all evening.

Coffee with cream first thing.

Greek yoghurt with strawberries & a flat peach for breakfast around 10.30.

Red gem lettuce cups with tuna, red onion & pepper mixed with mayo, sliced tomatoes, hard boiled egg for lunch.

Smoked basa fillet with lentils cooked with carrot, kale & pepper and spring onion & coriander chutney for dinner.

We are back to meal planning again as the grocery spends had spiralled and diet gone downhill - I'm going to read the rest of the thread now for inspiration!

Half a grapefruit and some homemade soda bread for breakfast.

A cheese topped roll with pate, small bag of mini cheddars and a banana for lunch.

Baked potato with butter and a couple of left over sausages for supper.

Coffee and tea at intervals with a couple of biscuits at one point as bored.

half a small watermelon
vegan meatballs and veggie stew

just realised I'm low on fruit for today, usually I also have a few fruits for snacks

Nothing for breakfast, frittata for lunch, sweet chilli chicken, jacket potato, broccoli and asparagus for dinner. Trying not to eye up the peanuts now (dieting!)
