Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

I had veggie sausages with broc, peas and carrots at about 11am, 4 rich tea biscuits and some ice cream, and will have aubergine with pesto and vegan cheese, and some veg and rice for dinner!

2 slices of toast, 1 with jam, 1 with marmalade.

Some concoction of leeks,carrots,sweetcorn,peas, some rice and leftover chicken in a rue (sort of like pie filling I guess!?)

A slice of chocolate cornflake cake

Dinner will be pasta with jar sauce and sausages

Probably another chocolate cornflake slice

Or 3

I'm trying to eat better and not snack during the day .. but the cornflake cake has floored me today 😂

Skipped breakfast
Lunch cheese sandwich, cheese and onion walkers crisps
Snack: nobbly bobbly lolly. Can of fosters lager
Dinner: Roast chicken, potato wedges, greek lentil salad. Chocolate cheesecake with strawberries for pudding. Half a bottle of sauvignion blanc. Followed by frothy coffee.

Lunch salad with Ham with a nectarine and apple
Tea is sweet potato and lentil curry
A few cups of Tea and a bottle of water...
I made some scones yesterday so i may have one of those later Smile

Yesterday -

Breakfast - pumpkin seeds. cup of tea.
Lunch - cheese and celery sandwiches.
Dinner - scrambled eggs (too many as date nearly up) and potato wedges.

Only 3 of 5 a day. Need to do better, but little motivation at the moment.

Lunch - left over chilli and rice and a peach
Later on I'm planning on a sandwich because I've had my main meal for lunch today.

2 slices of toast with butter and jam with a coffee for breakfast, not hungry for lunch...cups of tea, a handful of chocolate buttons and home made cookie during the afternoon..

Breakfast - cup of coffee with skimmed milk
Lunch - small crusty role with ham and cornichons, mini baby bel light, 'fridge raiders' (small packet of really white processed chicken chunks...), nectarine.

Dinner will be homemade spaghetti carbonara but trying to actually stick to recommended portion size (if calories were no object I could eat a VAT of pasta....)

Trying to lose weight to really trying to stick to 1200 - 1400 calories, and find that I'm not that hungry first thing so can easily go without breakfast, and plenty of protein helps keep me fuller, however it has been unusually beige and lacking in vegetables today, genuinely usually eat a lot more vegetables.

Slipped breakfast today. Lunch was two poached eggs on wholemeal toast. A couple of chocolate digestives mid afternoon and I've got cottage pie on the go for dinner. Probably followed by a yoghurt.

I don't usually eat breakfast so nothing there, lunch I had 2 bacon sandwiches. Then for dinner we're having Turkish mezze (hummus, some fennel thing, baba ganoush) and then a chicken sumac thing with couscous and salad.

L: Moroccan vegetables and chickpea tagine with couscous and cucumber salad

D: 2 slices of white bread and 20g extra mature cheddar cheese

Having vodka or dry wine later.

B: Greek yogurt with honey and peaches, peanut butter on toast.

L: mozzarella and sun-dried tomato salad. Ice cream, meringue, strawberries, chopped nuts.

D: lentil Bolognese, garlic ciabatta, glass of red wine. Mango.

I've also picked at the kids' white chocolate throughout the day. I don't even like white chocolate Hmm (period is due)
