Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

Porridge with sultanas (made with whole milk if that makes a difference)
Small amount of nuts
2x ham and coleslaw sandwiches on homemade bread
Dinner will be pork in a creamy mushroom sauce and whatever potato/veg combination DH cooks.

Breakfast was raspberries and strawberries with natural yogurt and granola, glass of OJ and hot water with lemon.

Snack was chocolate brownie with a cup of tea.

Lunch was a bacon and turkey sandwich on whole meal bread.

This afternoon I’ve had another cup of tea and a bottle of water.

Currently cooking tea which is grilled salmon with cherry tomato couscous.

I’ll probably have a glass of wine and some Pringles later.

Mixed berries with greek yoghurt for breakfast.
Crudites with humous and rice cakes for lunch, plus a bag of crisps.
Roast chicken thigh with sweet potato wedges and sweetcorn.

I eat low carb, high fat. And I don’t usually eat breakfast.

So,

Coffee with cream on waking.

Lunch: a big chicken leg from yesterday’s roast chicken, with salad leaves, celery and cucumber dressed in lemon juice and lots of olive oil with salt, black pepper and oregano.

Dinner will be a vegetable curry (cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes) with boiled eggs and maybe one or two poppadoms if I feel like it, but probably not because I don’t feel hungry at all atm.

Breakfast - 2 slices of warburtons fruit loaf with butter
Lunch - left over chicken curry from last nights dinner with 2 onion bhajis
Dinner - hunters chicken and rice
Drinks - squash and too much Diet Coke!

Will probably have some chocolate or a magnum for dessert later.

I am working from home and not moving much so aiming to stay around 1600- 1700 calories a day at the moment to gradually lose some weight.

Bowl of Alpen, toast with jam and peanut butter, rice cracker with marmite and cream cheese, yoghurt, 3 ginger biscuits. Veggie pasta pending for tea

Breakfast was gluten free oats - almond butter - frozen berries - sprinkled with cinnamon and a teensy bit of honey

Lunch - was sausage - veg

Tea prob takeaway lol started well ha ha

So for context I had a miscarriage a week ago so am not being as healthy as normal:

  • 1.5 slices of granary toast with butter and home made black currant jam
  • small bowl of raspberry yogurt
  • Brie and tomato toasted granary wrap
  • Pita bread with humous and pepper
  • small slice of banana bread
  • small slice of sponge cake
  • about 3-4 teas and 1 coffee all with milk
  • planning homemade burgers and chips for dinner

But I am on my second gin and have chicken pasta plated up for later on.

4 tbsp baked beans with 30g cheese, 1 wholemeal slice of bread, snack apple and banana lunch red lentils and rice cooked in stock dinner wine.

Lunch was Palma ham and melon
More coffee and 2 squares of chocolate
Tonight we are having chicken stir fry and home made raspberry trifle

Honestly it's not been the greatest.

Danish pastry
Toast with plastic cheese
Toast with chocolate spread
Hula hoops
2 x toast with chocolate spread and banana
15 wine gyms
Wispa
Thinking of bacon chops, new potatoes and veg for dinner.

I do have my period though and it was 6 days late si blaming that on my poor food choices.

A chicken cuppa soup with a slice of bread is all I've had so far,
But I'm having a massive portion of pasta with bacon and cheese sauce for dinner. Usually eat more vegetables ect but I just can't be bothered today!

I’m doing fast 800 so:

Breakfast- Soya yoghurt, walnuts, dark fruits, chia, soya cream

Lunch-veg Omlette with vegan cheese

Tea- bean burger with green veg

Snack- one cracker with vegan cheese

I’m on about 850 today 😆

Smoothie with strawberries, dates, coconut yoghurt etc.

Leftover spaghetti bolognese

4 squares of dark chocolate

Half a tin of custard and a small banana

Handful of fruit and nut mix

3 cups of green tea

Currently having chickpea and spinach soup (from a tin) and a small baguette

Will have another cup of tea and some more choc later
