Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

Porridge with blueberries and seeds

Dinner is fish potatoes and veg

Bowl of hash browns, homemade tiffin, wrap with leftover sausages, avocado, tomato and spinach, packet of salt and vinegar crisps. Tea will be pasta with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes and garlic.

Not my most healthy of days but I’m pregnant so I don’t really give a shit Grin

B- 2 boiled eggs with asparagus tips
Lunch - home made soup with 3 slices of gf toast and far too much butter
Snack - stole some of the kids Maoms and toffees
Dinner - dunno yet but I'm STARVING

That's it now though. I feel a bit off today and can't really face anything else.

Don't do breakfast
Lunch - eggs benedict , five Jaffa cakes

Tea -will be prawns, salad in a whole meal pitta bread.

After- either the other half of last nights Hagen Dazs salted caramel ice cream or a big bag of buttons... or both...

3 slices of toast
2 bacon rolls, a bowl of pasta, fruit salad and packet of crisps for lunch.
Afternoon snack of bar of chocolate, a packet of giant buttons and 2 cookies.
Tea will be pizza and apple crumble with ice cream.

B- scramble egg and 1 slice of toast
L- small portion of vegan chili
S- slice of banana bread.
Then for dinner it will be vegan meatballs and courgetti

Breakfast- a small fromage frais with 1/2 banana, grapes and mixed nuts.

Lunch- lentil soup, cream cheese sandwich, 3 oatcakes, rest of the banana and more mixed nuts.

Dinner will be veggie meatball bolognese with pasta, sweetcorn, roast veg and salad.

Later - probably lots of snacks! Maybe some chocolate, icecream, biscuits.

I forgot to take overnight oats to work for breakfast so thevbreakfast/ lunch food was meant to be just for lunch but had to be eked out.

Bag of Mini Cheddars at mid day.
Just had DH's corned beef hash with broccoli and peas .
I'm still fat but live a charmed life. Grin

Day 1 of my diet:

B: Weetabix and an apple

L: Jacket potato, beans & salad

D: roast chicken with mash, cauliflower and broccoli and then a low cal hot chocolate for my sweet fix

Black coffee until 11am (doing 16:18 fasting plus calorie counting)

11am-small pack of sushi
1pm.low calorie ready meal
3pm.bag of crisps
I'll have dinner around 6.30

So far I have had..
Jacket potato with beans and cheese
Two teaspoons of biscoff spread (I'm obsessed I could eat the whole jar!)
Cheese and onion crisps

Breakfast: smoothie with banana, raspberry, spinach, seeds and protein powder

Lunch: vegetable soup and some slices of turkey wrapped in avocado

Dinner: vegetarian meatballs with Cauliflower rice in organic tomato sauce and a side of veg

HOWEVER Last week it would’ve been:

Breakfast: coffee x2 sugars & milk, x2 chocolate fibre special k cereal bars

Lunch: pita bread with slice of cheese and chicken
Twirl

Dinner: chill with rice , x2 twirls and cup of tea.
