Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

Breakfast. Fruit and fibre cereal
Snack Kiwi, Blueberries, natural yoghurt
Lunch Ham, Tomato, salad cream sandwich on Wholemeal bread
Snack Walkers Baked Ready Salted
Dinner Lemon Sole, roast potatoes, broccoli, kale, carrots

Will probably eat toast later and maybe finish some Maltesers off.

Two slices of wholemeal bread with light laughing cow triangles on.
Half a pack of linda McCartney shredded "duck" pancakes.
Might have an ice lolly later or a stuffed mushroom.

L - chicken and sweet corn soup
S - some fizzy sour sweets
D - bowl or coco pops and a cake bar
Might have some biscuits later

B- 2 chicken sausages, beans, spinach, poached eggs, baconand 1 wholemeal toast.

Lunch: ham salad.

Snack. Hartleys 10cal jelly Pot, apple and a cracker.

Tea: campfire stew.

Might have some oppo ice cream later.

Porridge with whole milk and sprinkling of granola for crunch.
Copious amounts of coffee.
Picky lunch - tomato, 3 falafels, hummous, carrot sticks and a small sausage roll.
3 jelly babies, treatsize crunchie bar.
Dinner - Broccoli, scallion, green bean, spinach stir fry with rice.
A scoop of ice cream, 1 square of dark chocolate, small handful of grapes.
Might have an apple around 8.

3 x coffee with oat milk
Ricecakes x 3 with houmous, smashed avocado and 2 slices ham
Half a slice of hovis seven seeded
Coconut plain yoghurt with strawberries/raspberries
Tribe bar
Bagel with cheddar cheese

Dinner will be roast chicken with veggies after a run

2 hifi bars, a bowl of spicy coconut chicken soup that I made yesterday and a couple of mouthfuls of the stir fried veg that the kids refused to even try.

Will have tea at 8 ish. No idea what yet though?

Dinner will be veggie sausages and veg in sauce.

A muller cheesecake yoghurt.
A white twix multipack bar (so single finger)
A pack of multipack wotsits
A small bowl of asda middle eastern rice salad.
About two pints of coffee.

Have spicy pizza and garlic bread to share with dp in the fridge for dinner tonight after dc goes to bed.

Needs less sugar and more protein and fibre but lockdown has killed my appetite. Most of whay I've eaten today has been eaten out of boredom rather than hunger.

I'm not hungry now and doubt I'll be hungry by dinner time but the smell of it cooking might kick off a pang or two.

If I can knock off the boredom eating I'll be a stone down in a couple of weeks at this rate.

L - Egg mayo open sandwich with cucumber, extra salt + packet of skips

D - Chicken breast stuffed with brie + cranberry sauce served with cous cous and salad

P - 2 finger kitkat

L - salad and coronation chicken. Apple.
Snack - 2 rice cakes and butter
D - filled gnocchi with tomato and mascarpone sauce, spinach, Parmesan, salad.
Really want something sweet - might have a biscuit 🍪

Breakfast: 3 fried eggs, half an avocado, mushrooms and mozzarella

Lunch: chorizo and asparagus in a cheese sauce with carbless rice (Keto risotto)

Supper: will be coconut chicken curry with cauliflower

Snacks: two packets of nori seaweed and a handful of macadamia nuts

No breakfast
Lunch - big salad including veggie Scotch egg, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella & cous cous. A Fab ice-lolly.
Tea - home made pizza and home made Oreo cheesecake. Yum.

Bit piggy but it is cold & wet today.
