Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

And then to ruin it all I’ve smacked on Thornton’s chocolate and currently making my way through a share bag of ready salted kettle crisps

Homemade banana protein smoothie for post exercise snack

Tofu and cashew curry served with broccoli for dinner

For breakfast I had 2 slices of toast and an apple. I also made a banana and strawberry smoothie as I am obsessing over smoothies at the moment.

Lunch was some left over tofu salad that I made for dinner last night.

I had a double choc cookie and a coffee around mid afternoon Grin oops

Dinner was some homemade nachos that I made with DP and then some grilled salmon and veg.

There are some snacks in the cupboard which are calling my name but I am really trying not to overindulge at the moment. It is extremely difficult. Cake

3 x coffee with oat milk
Small apple
4 s&v rices cakes with cottage cheese & tomato
Oven baked fish, chips & mushy peas
3 ltr water

Just started intermittent fasting & calorie counting too as eating got out of control in lockdown boredom

B - Boiled egg

L - Boiled egg, half a cucumber, some pickles

D - Chicken, carrots, broccoli, spinach, fried onions and garlic, followed by frozen yoghurt and blueberries.

And a half dozen cups of tea.

I'm another one counting calories and trying to lose a bit of weight, but all the food here has made me feel really hungy again!

I've just made some "healthy" oat-banana-blueberry muffins for tomorrow and they smell amazing...

Breakfast: Porridge with coffee, then apple juice
Lunch: Tomato soup. Crumpets with peanut butter.
Snack: Small Boost bar
Dinner: Frozen fish, small handful of oven chips, two portions of veg.
Dessert: Strawberries and a M&S strawberry tart

Not had my healthiest day today but really felt like quick, easy food today. Will up the vegetable intake tomorrow.
Breakfast- bowl of cereal and coffee
Lunch- rice, with tomatoes, pak choi and a fried egg with chopped spring onions
Snack- banana bread slice
Dinner- chicken kiev, crinkle chips and baked beans
And I'm about to top off my day with a gin and tonic and mint ice cream Grin

Breakfast - oats and seed granola with Greek yoghurt and half a banana

Lunch - chicken super noodles (never have stuff like this but it was a cba day!) and a packet of quinoa crisps. Such a beige lunch 😳

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Low fat sausage and butterbean casserole with a small portion of mash. Loads of veg in the casserole.

Dessert - Lemon yoghurt with a meringue nest

TV treat - Single bar of Dairy milk whole nut

When I write it down it seems a lot but it's within my calories. I'm trying to lose weight while breastfeeding so still get quite a lot!

I had 2 breakfasts today Blush

B: 3 hash browns, 2 slices toast and jam
L: 2 mini wraps with a broad bean burger and 3 onion rings; Small pot of mixed seeds
D: Vegan lasagna and a banana muffin
Snack: Packet prawn cocktail crisps
3 glasses white wine and 6 cream crackers

Me too except I put strawberries and loads of black pepper on too! Lush.

A few manky looking fish fingers from the depths with a handful of chips, never had fish fingers before.

L: falafel salad, with tahini drizzle
S: 3 x digestives
D: fish finger sandwich and niknaks

Basically today started well, (I usually fast till 12-1 ish) but husband isn't well and I'm getting a cold so all bets were off by about 3pm.

A pancake for breakfast (white chocolate with a little bit of margerine on top)
A two-pack of those Lotus biscuits
A crispy fish sandiwich with lettuce and cucumber
A warmed up crepe
Two oreos
Two small battered sausages, h/m wedges and mushy peas
Three pieces of Smarties chocolate bar

And to drink: two coffees, a lemon and ginger tea, two teas, two squashes and a gin and Fanta lemon

Overall, quite an indulgent day!

Porridge for breakfast.
Tuna salad sandwich for lunch with bag of mini Cheddars and a raspberry yogurt.
Dinner was roast chicken with stuffing, roast potatoes, carrots and kale. Had a mint Magnum for pud.
A very satisfying food day Smile

Breakfast 1 at 4:45: special k with sliced banana and mixed nuts glass of oj
Breakfast 2 at 9:30: overnight oats made with Greek honey yogurt and berries, bottle of water
Lunch: ham sandwich with a few bbq Pringles
Snack: 2 clotted cream scones with butter and jam
Tea: fajita wrap with mini roast potatoes, glass
of ribena
I do a very physical job in the morning so need the two breakfasts for energy, I should also probably drink much more looking at that

Interesting reading everyone's responses :) and given me ideas for some yummy things to try. So far, today I have had:

Porridge with banana
A small pack of chicken bites and some pineapple

I have a jacket potato in the oven again for lunch (with spaghetti hoops and cheese) and tomato and mascarpone pasta with ham for dinner 😋

L homemade butternut squash soup with two pieces of brown bread from a 400g loaf

Dinner will be macaroni cheese with a small piece of garlic bread.

I have had scrambled eggs and a slice of toast.

Won't eat until teatime because I have endo in my bowel (and everywhere bloody else) and we only really have meat in which triggers it if I have too much (also dairy and I've had my share of that today with the eggs).

I hate how restricted my diet is.
