A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

Yesterday:

Porridge made with water and skimmed milk with raspberries
Plain omelette with tuna and onion mixed with reduced fat salad cream
Small chicken breast with roast meditteranean vegetables and green beans
4 Jacobs cream crackers
3 coffees, 2 teas and 3l water

Two packets of quavers, two peanut biscuits and three cups of coffee.

Yesterday:
Breakfast- coffee with toasted banana bread
Lunch- omelette with tomatoes, spring onions, mushrooms and spinach
Dinner- sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower coconut curry with shredded roasted chicken and basmati rice
Drinks- more coffee, two glasses red wine
Snacks- bit of salted dark chocolate and a Lindor ball.

B - porridge cooked with water, seeds and a little salt - an orange - two cups of black coffee and a Berocca

S - hard-boiled egg

L - cucumber, celery and red pepper sticks with tuna pâté - an apple

S - the rest of the veg sticks from lunch - slice of Camembert

D - khoreshi chicken stew, cauliflower rice and homemade onion bhajis (pudding sugar free jelly)

S - pink gin and light tonic, crisps and toast chickpeas ( probably quite a few of all these GrinGin)

Nothing yet. Coffee with cream this morning. Feeling quite bloated today so will wait a bit longer.

Lunch will be vegetable curry.

Dinner will be fried courgette with king prawns in a chilli and garlic sauce with lots of olive oil, lemon and parsley. Yum.

Might also have some pork scratchings.

I tried the cheese and marmite toastie and can confirm it was lovely 😋

Today -
Nutella and banana on toast
A Babybel and a handful of Maltesers
Jacket potato (again 😳) with tinned tomatoes and cheese, ran out of beans!

Curry in the slow cooker for dinner :)

A southern fried fish fillet in a bun with fake cheese slice, salad and gherkin with cream cheese snack a Jack's. Blue ribbon biscuit.

Breakfast: some premade muesli, to which I added ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds, some berry granola and Greek yoghurt

Lunch: the rest of the vegan chilli from last night with some Doritos, no avocado with it this time as we'd eaten it all

Dinner: salmon, baby potatoes, peas and spinach

I haven't had any water today (I really need to improve in this area!) but I have had plenty of tea. I've really been enjoying some cinnamon and vanilla black tea with soy milk today.

Have drank coffee and water and had 2 beers!
Bowl nesquick cereal for breakfast.
Salad with cheese and ham for lunch. Strawberries and finished off a 1 quarter of childs ham sandwich going to waste.
Cereal bar and nakd bar as a snack on our walk.
Hungry when we got home so a packet of crisps. Followed by 2x crumpets with butter. Ended-up having dinner anyway, small homemade fish pie.
4 finger kitkat.
Unsurprisingly have been putting weight on in lockdown!

Breakfast: Cherries, coffee with cream
Lunch: Chicken waldorf salad, slice of rye sourdough
Dinner: Cajun chicken breast, roast new potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw
Square of dark chocolate & a large glass of Shiraz

Plan for today:
Just had coffee with cream.
Brunch: Shakshuka (sp?) with sourdough
Dinner: Chicken tikka masala, cauliflower rice
Prob a G&T or 2 later

One posh coffee (from the coffee machine) with skimmed milk.
A bowl of maple and pecan cereal.

An apple squash.
A crispy fish sandwich with salad.
A big mug of tea (skimmed milk).
A cookie.

Tonight I'll probably have a couple of Quorn burgers with salad and a jacket spud, with tinned pears and alpro for pudding
