A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

Nothing to eat today. I've been fasting since yesterday tea time. My plan is to break my fast at lunch tomorrow.

I have had one black coffee and lots of water.

B. An orange, 8 cherries, 10 grapes. Small amount of greek yogurt with three dates and a squeeze of honey.
L. Two boiled eggs with soldiers.
D. Meat pie, new pots, broccoli, carrots, peas, swede and gravy.
Fab ice lolly for pud.
Loads of water and five cups of tea, one slice home made Victoria sponge.
Bloody hell!

Porridge with soya milk and blueberries, a banana.

Chip shop lunch - fishcake and chips, and DS's battered sausage because he didn't want it.

Light dinner - fried what's left of the spicy kimchi DD wanted but then didn't like, then turned the heat up and added a whole bag of spinach which shrank down to about a cupful.

A jelly pouch, and now I'm picking at a choc orange seed bar, both from a monthly food subscription box.

Breakfast was cereal with fresh berries. I had a mid morning snack of a banana. Lunch was a sandwich with salad. I then had a packet of gummy bears and for dinner I had a grilled chicken breast with Mediterranean vegetable and garlic and parmesan wedges. I had orange juice at lunch and water throughout the day.

I am trying to cut down on sweet snacks later on in the day.

I had a hungry day yesterday!
B - baked "carrot cake" oats (oats, sultanas, cinnamon, sultanas, grated carrot & apple with almond milk baked in the oven).
S - buttered crumpet (usually have some raw veg mid morning but i was going a run at lunchtime so didn't want to risk it!)
L - jacket potato, tuna and a massive salad
S - apple & treatsize bag of buttons
D - tofu stir fry veg & noodles. Tinned peaches with plain soya yogurt
Hot chocolate for supper made with almond milk and sweet freedom chocolate stuff

Tesco lemon yoghurt
2 slices fresh white bread with butter and tuna mayo (big shop day, only get one loaf a week)
About to have dinner which will be pasta bol, followed by another Tesco lemon yoghurt
Later, I'm planning on a few grapes wrapped in Serrano ham (latest obsession!)

Breakfast Overnight oats made with 40g oats and fat free natural yoghurt and frozen berries.
Lunch 2 Morrisons fish cakes and samphire and broccoli.
Not sure what I’ll have later.
