Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

Prawn cocktail crisps

Supper
Mozzarella salad with avocado, olives, green leaves, beef toms and mozzarella with vinaigrette
Another peanut butter cookie

5 squares chocolate

Drinks - 2 teas, 1 coffee with cream, 1 glass almond milk, 1 diet coke, 2 cups ginger tea.

I am trying to low carb but not 100 percent successful....

I don’t know why, but I’m totally fascinated with what you’ve all eaten!

I had

Breakfast:
Porridge made with water with flax seed mix3 through. Fresh strawberries and blueberries and a spot of maple syrup on top.

Lunch:
Salad made of chopped tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, beetroot, olives and a small bit of breaded chicken with some honey mustard dressing.

Snacks:
Satsuma
Small Protein shake

Tea (dinner):
An Anna Jones recipe involving freekah, halloumi, kale, avocado, raw carrots and tomatoes with a zingy harissa dressing.

And a single M&S pineapple, coconut and white choc cookie of which I could easily have eaten the whole packet, but managed to resist.

Obscene amounts of coffee, not quite enough water and an Earl Grey tea.

Also forgot the dribble of honey with my breakfast. Yogurt seems popular for breakfast. Must say that it does fill me up and keeps me going for ages.

God. Covid has me absolutely huge. Being at home all day is horrendous. I have no self control.
Kiwi, nectarine, orange
Couscous with red onion, olive, feta, cucumber and tomato and a smoked Mackerel fillet
3 slices of grilled halloumi and a little. More Couscous (left over from a picnic yesterday)
Nandos medium shake and bake chicken bag, one medium potato, green salad and tomato
Hartley's jelly pot
Halo salted caramel ice cream bar
10 or 15 pringles
Diet Dr pepper can

I'm 72kg and have put on 5 of those in lockdown cry

Yesterday.

Cup of tea. Two slices of toast with peanut butter.

2 persimmons, mid morning.

Cup of tea (milk two sugars always).

Left over fish pie and cabbage for lunch.

Cup of tea.

Glass of water.

Some chocolate, about 4 squares.

Cup of tea.

Slice of sourdough with olive oil at about 4.

Cupof cocoa with brandy in it, about 9:30.

Dinner: fish fried in spiced batter with white rice and bok choi.

Cup of tea.

B: 1/2 a cup of bran stick (which I think are actually 90% cardboard and sawdust and taste like sorrow and disappointment), yogurt, an apple and a coffee.
L: garden salad with feta and chickpeas
D: roast chicken and veggies
Snack: chopped up veggies and hummus.

And loads of tea

Today:

D- two almighty bowls of cereal (I wanted chocolate and it was my compromise between chocolate and something that would actually fill me up)
