Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

Breakfast: half a keto bagel
Lunch: instant pot pork, cabbage, beansprouts
Dinner: Pork chops with a bacon, mushroom and mascapone sauce with mangetout, broccoli and cauliflower mash

Nothing. I'm on the 16/8 diet. This will be remedied very soon with an open chicken sandwich.

Yesterday:
Porridge with strawberry jam and double cream
Baked potato with butter and Cornish cruncher
Apple and some more Cornish cruncher!
Brocolli and halloumi curry with rice
Skyr with added chocolate buttons

If I had any fruit, I would’ve eaten some. Must go to shop.

Breakfast - tin of mushy peas and coffee

VOM!!

I had:

Greek yog raspberries oats peanut butter

Cold salmon with salad and avocado

More greek yoghurt with almond butter

Tonight will be spag bol and a piece of fruit

Yesterday I had berry muesli, tuna salad and spaghetti bolognaise. Today I've had chocolate overnight oats with blueberries and almonds, prawn salad, and dinner will be grilled white fish in a tomato sauce

So far today:
A hardboiled egg, banana and a glass of OJ
2 bourbon biscuits and a coffee
Ham and coleslaw wrap

Might have a bag of crisps for a snack mid-afternoon.
Dinner is leftover pasta from yesterday (made WAY too much!)
Strawberry yoghurt for pudding
Will probably have some cereal or toast for supper.

Will have water or squash for drinks, as and when I want.

Hahaha!! It was divine! White bead, butter, mayo.

In my slovenly defence I'm 6wks pregnant, working full time with a toddler at home and doing a full time degree too so it feels like a culinary masterpiece atm 😂😂

Avocado salad and a nut bar.

Today, one slice of toast and butter, for lunch a tuna sandwich, with a packet of baked crisps. For tea I think oven chips and Quorn sausages… I've had a salt and vinegar rice cake as a snack.

Mini pork pie
Half a bottle of wine

B - Granola and muesli mix with full fat milk. L - Cinnamon Danish pastry and an apple. Magnum lolly. D - Homemade bacon and egg quiche with salad. 2 x coffee, 1 x buttermint tea. Tomorrow I'll be fasting - decided to do it every Wednesday, last week was first time ever - I lost 1lb and kept it off. 🙂

L: smoked salmon with salad, crusty bread, cheese. Strawberries and peaches.

D: macaroni cheese, green beans, tomatoes. Lemonade.
