admittedly, ive only been a member for a few months, but i have come to this conclusion. take today for instance. the main topic of conversation on this section is; parents of 5 year olds worried about which senior school to go to? on that thread is the biggest bore & snob you will ever have the misfortune to meet. this popular thread is closely followed by mums worried about whats in their kids packed lunch? mums get a life! im off for a fag.

OP posts:
Cammelia · 23/09/2007 14:13

I think you need another fag break talula dahlin'

Flamesparrow · 23/09/2007 14:14

Could be worse, could be "princess"

My mum gets all upset that I call DS "little dude" or "mate" and it isn't affectionate enough

Blandmum · 23/09/2007 14:14

I repeat, the OP must have missed the anal sex threads. that might have been more to her taste, possibly.

mytwopenceworth · 23/09/2007 14:14

your dh is your half aunt by your third cousin's grandfather's corgi?

Or your granddad fathered your corgi?

Either way, Mr Kyle is on line 2 for you.....

SillyMiddleClassBitch · 23/09/2007 14:15

oops, not v middle class is it? sertiously, if you dont like it, leave. type parenting forum into google and find another.

in fact we could get you a list, you see thats what mn is for. helping other mums out when they need it

InMyHumbleOpinion · 23/09/2007 14:15

Now look, Greeny, this is good fun but when are you going to find somet6hing to do on a Sunday afternoon?

OrmIrian · 23/09/2007 14:16

Well talulasmum - if you are trying to make a valid point it would have been constructive to use a less combative thread title. I don't know many people who would appreciate being called a 'bore' and any mention of class causes a furore.

Yes, there is a preponderance of threads about schools and feeding of kids. But the clues in the name of the site. We tend to have children and an interest in their welfare in common. Is that really so unusual? And there do seem to be quite a few well-heeled MNers but not all of us (sadly)

WanderingTrolley · 23/09/2007 14:16

UD that's just the utter end.

And don't talk to me about non British.

My army of neanderthol botanists from Outer Inner Arsholia have been neglecting their lawn manicuring duties. That's the very last time I have an undiscovered tribe shipped over here at my expense and sell their land to McDonald's.

theUrbanDryad · 23/09/2007 14:16

Talulah, really, such language! You must know that we do not tolerate such profanity on our forum!

Do you attend elocution lessons my dear?

SillyMiddleClassBitch · 23/09/2007 14:16

Oh no she detests me anyhooo

[bothered]

errr Nope!!

Cammelia · 23/09/2007 14:17

daisyandbabybootoo · 23/09/2007 14:17

my husband is never "darling", but he is "dear"....but he can also be a bit of a "TH" at times

SuGaRCoAteDPoiSOn · 23/09/2007 14:17

I love this thread... thanks to all the silly middle class bitches out there for making this site what it is today

lissielou · 23/09/2007 14:18

oh, and i said f*ck off, so's not to offend the more delicate of ladieees

SillyMiddleClassBitch · 23/09/2007 14:18

I taught her those words!!!

Me, not her, she does not use such-like foul mouthed piffle........

SillyMiddleClassBitch · 23/09/2007 14:18

I score mine out.

fuckoff

like that.

Is that not okay?

ComeOVeneer · 23/09/2007 14:18

Also why ask AIBU, when you have already decided that you aren't? So therefore it is a pointless and unecessary thread to start. You don't want to have a discussion or make a valid point, you just want to insult people and get a rise out of them. Well done, very big anf clever .

Nightynight · 23/09/2007 14:18

tallulahsmum, you will never win this one, or persuade anyone, Im afraid. there really are people of all classes on mn. they are hard to spot because you dont hear their accents or see how they dress/do their hair etc.

TheWiltedRose · 23/09/2007 14:19

talulasmum i have to say you could have been made very welcome on MN if you wernt so aggressive with your posts... the people here have helped me out through lots and theres always someone to make you laugh or cheer you up and you can even make some really good friends in RL from here but i think youve shot yourself in the food here...

O well its your loss im pretty sure everyone else here agrees that MN is better off without people like you???

theUrbanDryad · 23/09/2007 14:20

WT - we captured a number of Indian tigers the other week. Imagine my disgust when we were told at Customs and Excise that they were endangered! As if such things apply to the likes of us! Anyway, I sent DH (Darling Harold) to put them all back.

I've not heard from him yet, actually. I wonder where he is?

Cammelia · 23/09/2007 14:20

I think the charmin' Talula dahlin' should stay

TheWiltedRose · 23/09/2007 14:21

in the food!? WELL NOW! that wasnt right... foot i think? yes that goes much better!
