admittedly, ive only been a member for a few months, but i have come to this conclusion. take today for instance. the main topic of conversation on this section is; parents of 5 year olds worried about which senior school to go to? on that thread is the biggest bore & snob you will ever have the misfortune to meet. this popular thread is closely followed by mums worried about whats in their kids packed lunch? mums get a life! im off for a fag.

rustybear; thank you for being the only one to talk to me with any sense, the rest of them just want a fight, bored with looking through their boden catalogue probably.

I wear jeans and combats.

Always.

theUrbanDryad · 23/09/2007 14:22

Gosh, Boden. How frightfully lower class.

Cammelia · 23/09/2007 14:23

You appear to know m/net inside out tally

scienceteacher · 23/09/2007 14:23

What's the obsession with Boden? I'm too preoccupied with school fees to be able to afford that stuff.

SillyMiddleClassBitch · 23/09/2007 14:23

Oh Xenia....that is another story.

Stick around, we may grow on you?

lissielou · 23/09/2007 14:23

ive never bought a thing from boden in my life, but am becoming more and more convinced that you are either a troll or namechanger.

Turquoise · 23/09/2007 14:24

You're entitled to your opinion. But if that's how you feel, yet stick around to start a thread about it - I'd say you're the one who needs to get a life. That's my opinion - AIBU?

WanderingTrolley · 23/09/2007 14:24

Oh good Lord, m2pw you can't expect me to remember dh and my entire family tree! Off the top of my alice band, I don't recall the exact nature of our shared gene pool, though I'm the split image of dh's mother.

The corgi is definately related to the Queen. This was established at Crufts the year before last.

UD - I'll give the number of my man at C&E You'll never have a problem again.

My alice band is ivory, you know.

TheWiltedRose · 23/09/2007 14:24

talulasmum! i am shocked at you! i even tried sticking up for you in the beggining! i feel abandoned... sighs last time i become a defender of the middle class hating swearloving name calling annoying mums on here...

Nothing at all, MAS, as long as they know their place.

SuGaRCoAteDPoiSOn · 23/09/2007 14:26

seriously, Talulamum. How can you judge people on a site like this who post about foods, nappies, schools etc? presumably you have children and want the best for them, as we all do and here is a good place to discuss achieving that.

At the end of the day we're all human and surely that counts far more than what kind of social status we have?

Btw, I live on a council estate, have been a single parent for 11 years and spent a fair few of those reliant on benefits. I smoke occasionally, drink occasionally, struggle with things a lot of the time but I love this site because of the people on it.

peanutbear · 23/09/2007 14:27

I am middle to upper class and I smoke dont rule us all out from being boring just because we have a vice

How frightfully rude of you !!!!!!!!!!

To be fair OP people talk about all kinds of things on here you just pick and choose what yoiu are interested in and some school expect you to have your childs name on a list when born !!!

Flamesparrow · 23/09/2007 14:28

You are all aware that this is a regular namechanging for fun....? Middle class bores, fags, boden, even the name talula (surely that should be talulah?)....

theUrbanDryad · 23/09/2007 14:28

WT - one's new reading glasses are made from white rhino horn, dontchaknow?

I'd ever so frightfully grateful if you could give your man's number? What could one possibly do in return?

RustyBear · 23/09/2007 14:29

Oh god, I'm sensible

ComeOVeneer · 23/09/2007 14:29

I reckon OP is a regular who is bored tbh.

TheWiltedRose · 23/09/2007 14:29

SSSandy2 · 23/09/2007 14:30

We have her sussed as a name changer flamey

unknownrebelbang · 23/09/2007 14:30

I still don't know anything about Boden.

WanderingTrolley · 23/09/2007 14:30

MellowMa, do you own only two sets of cutlery? Do you eat "ketchup" from Marks and Spencer? Do you own some brightly coloured wellingtons? Do you have a non Oxbridge degree or a collection of initials after your name, indicating some post A-Level qualification?
