admittedly, ive only been a member for a few months, but i have come to this conclusion. take today for instance. the main topic of conversation on this section is; parents of 5 year olds worried about which senior school to go to? on that thread is the biggest bore & snob you will ever have the misfortune to meet. this popular thread is closely followed by mums worried about whats in their kids packed lunch? mums get a life! im off for a fag.

To be or not to be, this is one I can answer!!
Think of 'to be' meaning 'to seem' and relate it to his grieving.
To seem would imply he was faking grieving but to not seem and to be really grieving would be 'not to be'
Or something. I read it in a book.
Maybe one of our culture vultures could explain it better

I fought so hard to get this card, it was the last one on the shelf. It's not all there but you don't care, your not all there yourself.

LittleBella · 24/09/2007 20:27

TnOgu · 24/09/2007 20:28

Here's one especially for you T or any other Dubs.

It was in Blackrock I lost my cock
In Merrian Square I found it
It was lying there in great despair
With all the girls around it

Whilst we are on the subject of poetry does anyone fancy telling me the rest of this poem by don paterson, I found this quote breathtaking but havent been able to find the full poem.

A mercy, I suppose, that it ended. Any deeper intimacy with each other's anatomy would have involved a murder

Mhamai · 24/09/2007 20:38

T did you know someone has etched out the B of Booterstown on the Dart line with an L so it now reads Looterstown?

zookeeper · 24/09/2007 20:38

talulahsmum you will come to recognise the bullies and the way in which they will refer to you in conversations amongst each other. Like all bullies, they rarely operate alone - just ignore them.

Hope you are feeling better soon.
