admittedly, ive only been a member for a few months, but i have come to this conclusion. take today for instance. the main topic of conversation on this section is; parents of 5 year olds worried about which senior school to go to? on that thread is the biggest bore & snob you will ever have the misfortune to meet. this popular thread is closely followed by mums worried about whats in their kids packed lunch? mums get a life! im off for a fag.

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:01

You do bang on about it a little bit, haychee

when you leave off the argy bargy and just post like a normal punter you are good value IMO

lulumama · 23/09/2007 21:02

"Most Mnetters are soo without a life (no stress of any financial concern) that all they have to worry about are things that you and i would not consider for either a long time or ever."

Haychee. you said that earlier today, and yet you are up in arms about tarring everyone with the same brush

3andnomore · 23/09/2007 21:02

lol lp...not quite correct there

Whole of MN rises up in defence of lulumama, except UCM, who calls her "fat"
Ucm called Lulu fat far later...
Apology issued, lulumama accepts
that was earlier and the apology was from the person that said Lulu is a bully

OP posts again about anal sex (thus giving herself away as bored regular?) People tryt to guess who she/he/it is.

erm, actually someone told op maybe she should look at threads like that, if she thinks mn is boring and op then went into one about, us middleclass bitches believing that working class obviously believes that that is a the best way in contracpetive methods...

gosh, now I am boring and longwinded...I do know that, you know...so, no need for anyone to point it out, o.k.

lol custardo, My house doesnt have a patio or decking or terrace either, but I gave myself decking as it would look best from the view I have at the moment, though I do have stones, what the heck do they count as??? I think I deserve to be middle class from finding it in the telegraph anyway, it had nothing to do with google I tell ya!

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:06

haychee · 23/09/2007 21:07

precis

pulling one sentance from one single post, and highlighting it as the essence of that post?
Is that what precis is?

FrannyandZooey · 23/09/2007 21:09

Lulu oh was THAT what it was? LOL I have wondered, on and off

we both got deleted that day, you know

Haychee I think the precis was mostly done for comedy effect. I wouldn't take any of it too seriously.

3andnomore · 23/09/2007 21:09

precis..possibly just a real short putting together of all teh posts to give some kind of an idea what has happened???
Anyway...I'd be mega rubbish at that...I mean...I can talk for hours about one and the same thing...
oh god...I am boring, aren't I, I really am..and not even middleclass...oh teh shame...

Berlimey it's taken me half an hour to read this. Glad I did as I am going to have a look at Iceland on Aitch's recommendation.

F&Z, UrbanDryad was 'in character' pretending to be terribly terribly posh so she was using odd language. Not having a go at you I think.

LL your precis made me lol.

WotsZePoint · 23/09/2007 21:13

Some here may well be middle class and a little boring but will be there to support you (whatever your class) if and when you need some support. Dont forget that important point. Just because we have a difference of class and opinion doesnt mean we cant help eachother through harder times.

What i do find incredibly unkind and unsupportive, are they way they gang up on you. Call you names. Basically slag you off. Questions every word, turns it out of context, critisise spelling and or grammer etc etc. Those are few admittedly and youll find, in time, which names you can expect thise kind of comments from. In turn you tend to learn to ignore those posters.
