admittedly, ive only been a member for a few months, but i have come to this conclusion. take today for instance. the main topic of conversation on this section is; parents of 5 year olds worried about which senior school to go to? on that thread is the biggest bore & snob you will ever have the misfortune to meet. this popular thread is closely followed by mums worried about whats in their kids packed lunch? mums get a life! im off for a fag.

OP posts:

ruty · 23/09/2007 17:50

er Haychee just because a lot of people got fed up with you obsessing over MM posts and telling others who disagreed not to post does not mean you are people hate you. Irritated a by you a little yes. [Ruty dusts off her comprehensive school credentials and tries to splutter over a fag like in the old days]

ruty · 23/09/2007 17:51

you are hated/people hate you delete as necessary.

mytwopenceworth · 23/09/2007 17:54

Surely there's no Them and Us. There's just Us. Mumsnetters.

If not, who is Them and who is Us?

Am I Them, or am I Us?

I don't think I can cope with all this confusion, I need to know my place....

Greensleeves · 23/09/2007 17:58

LOL, it wasn't me you cheeky bastards, I have been lying whimpering in a darkened room all day

The OP is right though, MN IS full of middle-class bores

yes, not a whole bunch of fun. plus chest infection and general malaise. And ds1's first full day at school, plus a governer's meeting tomorrow.

Oh, good!

UCM · 23/09/2007 18:09

I don't hate you Haychee, quite the opposite, you stood your ground on a subject you believed in, and are still here. Thats quite a feat. So 'ello luv. I don't care if I do or don't agree with someone, it doesn't mean I don't like them.

What I don't like is someone generally talking down to others and stating that they must be a bit stupid if they don't agree with them. Now, that, I hate with a passion.

Anyway, where were we, it's Hunker, she is back now

elesbells · 23/09/2007 18:11

i find it so odd that whenever someone comes on here to slag mn off, (a new poster usually) haychee fucking appears

UCM · 23/09/2007 18:13

I am most certainly not middle class, I work, live in Essex, dye my hair blonder, and my son has a football strip on. Would wear my bling if I wasn't worried about being mugged and my DH had a gold tooth which fell out in my washing machine recently. We have spiderman tatoos every other Sunday and stuff.

2shoes · 23/09/2007 18:14

elesbells spot on.

3andnomore · 23/09/2007 18:15

UCM, please elaborate about your dh's gold tooth...how did it get into the washing machine in the first place...mind is boggling, lol

UCM · 23/09/2007 18:15

Elsbells, at least she sticks at it. Over the years, there is always someone who comes on here and voices an opinion which differs, and is rude back. Most in proper cowardly fashion go away, but those who don't and stay, are to be respected in my opinion. They end up gelling & bonding with someone else and become boring in the end because they wont disagree anymore as the person they want to disagree with, is their mate

elesbells · 23/09/2007 18:16

UCM do you wear burberry?

UCM · 23/09/2007 18:18

Well, we were shagging on top of it and all of a sudden it just fell out............

Only joking, one of his very old back teeth was loose at work (builder) and he pulled it out and put it in his pocket. You can guess the rest. I thought I had found something nice that he forgot to give me, then saw the rotten tooth bit, retched alot and chucked it. Dh was most upset.

Aitch · 23/09/2007 18:18

haychee, much as you like to think that you are the most hated person on MN (even going to far as to have it on you profile, fgs), you aren't. we don't have a poll, we aren't even a single entity, we're all just women posting individually. so how on earth have you nominated yourself for this role? (especially when Cod's still posting, i mean it's just previous).

having said that, i personally find you immensely irritating, but that is largely because of the adolescent pride you take in 'being hated'.

Blandmum · 23/09/2007 18:18

I wear burbery, but its a cashmere and silk coat dontcha know!

Where does that put me I wonder?

Oh and I got it cheap from the factory that made it, because my father worked there!

So even more class confusion going on!
