Me.....Because my brain won't switch off and has started to overthink every single thing I have ever done and said since the day I was born

Just finished a work report that is due for tomorrow.
I've finally accepted that I need a new job cos I can't keep working like this.

Too hot here and I have a love/hate relationship with the a/c. Also my cat has been constipated but has just done the world’s biggest poo, to much noise and fanfare from his box. His box is in the en suite bathroom so I had to get up and put the poo down the loo before it started to gently scent the bedroom.

My house is a split level, and in order for it to be tolerable upstairs, it's a morgue downstairs. 😒

Horrible anxiety that's linked to long standing depression problem, exacerbated by a difficult set of circumstances at work. Sleep is all over the shop.

Woke up to say my morning prayers! I love it, the peace and tranquility at this hour is on another level. I will watch the sunrise then go back to bed!

I'm up as a few nights ago I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. Finally drifted off at 9am and slept most of the day. Now I'm stuck with a broken sleeping pattern and I'm struggling to fix it yet again.

Woken by DH snoring. It's so loud but I can't be mad at him because it's not like he's doing it on purpose.

Have been awake since 2, mind all over the place as was told my job was being made redundant last week and am very anxious.

Fell asleep at 11.30pm and then been up since 2am overthinking and panicking about certain things happening next week. Now just waiting for the baby to wake up for a feed and then I will try to get back to sleep.

Am a chronic insomniac, usually take prescribed meds to get some sleep, realised at midnight that I hadn’t taken them, so won’t bother now, will be awake until tomorrow evening most likely. Hoping it will kind of reset my body clock.
Worrying about money/ Covid/ children and grand children doesn’t help tho. Got some trashy stuff saved on sky, so I will watch that.
DH has his own room because he is a chronic snorer so I’m not disturbing him.

I miss my ex husband massively and can't stop thinking about him 😞

DH fell asleep downstairs watching telly and woke me up when him and the dog came up to bed at 3am.
I tossed and turned for an hour then came downstairs to eat porridge and try and settle on the sofa.
I shall have a quiet word later, he does this often.

Sore shoulder woke me. Taken meds. Ouch. 😔

Feeding 10 week old. Hoping he'll settle again soon. Been very irritable last 24 hours - hoping doesnt mean get early call back to hospital.

Morning sickness. Or rather all day sickness . Constantly feel sick, weak and dizzy and like I am going to chunder!!! Went to bed around 11pm ish been up for the past 45 mins just feeling very nauseous and sick. Cant wait to get to 12 weeks when morning sickness begins to fade

Partly late pregnancy, partly dawn chorus and itchy hay fever throat waking me up, but mainly worried about money people owe us that they are refusing to pay and we're likely going to have to go to court :(
