Me.....Because my brain won't switch off and has started to overthink every single thing I have ever done and said since the day I was born

Terrible period pain.

Hot water bottle

3 different painkillers and still in pain

Anxious about a new job and DS is refusing to go down without me holding him.

Completely wide awake after too many cups of tea today. Finally put my foot down today with the guy I was dating as he was sending so many mixed messages and have had a couple of recent family tragedies so a lot of my mind.

@AllesAusLeib Oh no, how awful. Don't suffer in silence though, go to the doc's and hopefully then you'll get a goodnight sleep

Heartburn from not having enough water with a tablet.

Hormones.

Magnesium oil can be great. Not helpful now if you don’t have any but worth noting for the future.

Well...just finished it now.

I’m not even sure. I had to do. Quick scoot around to tidy up and then when I come up to bed I like to lay down and scroll insta before putting my phone down for the night. It’s gets later and later! Best try sleep now though. Hope everyone gets a good rest whenever that may be!

@dipseedaisey aww thanks for your reply! I’m going to call the surgery tomorrow to see what my options are. It’s becoming intolerable and much worse since DS was born which makes me think there’s something wrong. Hope you manage to get some good rest, too.

My wedding venue just gone bust so bn frantic texting all round. Tho I'd still not be sleeping usually at this fine due to chronic health conditions, my body appears to prefer 5am to 11am regardless of my med. I just cannot get a normal sleep pattern

23isittheholidaysyet oh my god us too!!! DH and I are usually in bed around half 11 cos of work and DD at school but we've fallen into a 2am-10:30am sleep pattern. Thankfully DD can amuse herself for a while cos she wakes up around 9am and reads for an hour or so.

@Dobbyssoc Congrats on new job, Im sure you'll do great, and hopefully DS will settle soon.

I wish I was asleep! Had espresso martinis late into the afternoon. had a nap. And now here I am! And I have a big day at work tomorrow which probably isn't helping things.
