Fell asleep until half ten, missed a message from DP. Resulted in a mini-tiff. We sort of almost got it sorted out before he had to go to bed, but I know we're both a bit upset.
It'll be fine in the morning, we'll just message as normal. But I can't sleep knowing that he isn't sleeping either.

DipseeDaisey · 08/06/2020 01:43

@glasgow357 I started watching that a few months ago and couldn't get into it, Maybe I'll give it another go.

On lockdown sleep pattern tonight, other times it's worrying about work.

Lessofallthisunpleasantness · 08/06/2020 01:44

I seem to be tired all evening and then wake up as soon as rest of the household is asleep. I am LOVING having my family all home as husband usually works abroad and children away at boarding school but I do still crave the peace and quiet I had unwittingly got used to. Love the early morning hours when the house is quiet. I usually start work about 8.30 to 9 so I seem to get enough sleep.

I wish I had chickens hatching next to me!

DipseeDaisey · 08/06/2020 01:44

@sadeyedlady Give him a text to say hi, might make you both sleep better

Heat? #amileinmyshoes

bushtailadventures · 08/06/2020 01:54

Every time I lie down my feet cramp up. Tried sleeping with my feet on the floor but it only worked for an hour then my legs joined in . I hate it but it seems to be happening more and more, already take a potassium supplement, do the stretches, get exercise etc. Gave up and came downstairs in the end , will try and nap later

DipseeDaisey · 08/06/2020 01:56

@amileinmyshoes I think the only option now then is booze... Smile

ADHD. My biggest issue is sleep procrastination. I've been trying to go to bed since before midnight....

DipseeDaisey · 08/06/2020 01:58

@bushtail, My nan used to suffer with bad cramp, she used to keep a tennis ball by her bed and roll it on her feet when she was suffering, It seemed to work fer her? Hope it settles soon and you can get a good night sleep, Whats left of the night anyway
