To not want my child to return to a school full of reluctant teachers

Even if the Government endorses school reopening, who would want to send their child into an environment where the teachers clearly do not want them there ?

Pretty sure the parents will be in a similar frame of mind.

I know what you mean....I don't think the teachers don't want them there, they just feel unsafe which is understandable. It's kind of like the health service...everyone is avoiding because they think they are wasting their time and will be seen as an inconvenience. It's difficult with the letters from the schools that don't always translate well over written form. They are trying to be honest but it feels a bit more personal than that. I've no idea what the answer is.

The fact you could even consider teachers actually showing their fear to the children shows the low opinion you have of them.

Do you know what? The British Medical Association don't want them there either. You've maybe missed that bit.

I'm a teacher and everyone I work with can't wait to go back to work.
