If you have a cough, as innocuous as you might think it is! Why are you out? Just walked on my daily walk for about half an hour. 3 people walking past in safe distance all coughing 🤨 what the hell is wrong with people 😞

My mother has a permanent dry tickly cough because of her blood pressure meds, apparently its not that unusual.

I have had hay fever all my life. I can tell the difference between hay-fever and a virus.

Hay fever !!

This is why I'm paranoid every time I go out now, I have both a paid for cough (smoker), and a non-paid cough/sneeze (hayfever), and it's honestly not pleasant being judged! I know it's not a virus but the looks I get. Sure, the smoking is my fault but can't do anything about the hayfever, and it's not constant! Still, do cough into a tissue but seriously, it's totally normal for people to cough or sneeze. Doesn't mean they have anything contagious necessarily, nor that you will catch anything. So long as it's not in your face obviously

I have a cough at the moment. It started last month. I get it every spring. Am I not allowed to go out? Do you want me to wear a sign on my neck, explaining everything?
If you are so frightened, maybe, stay at home. Or wear a mask.

People like you are the reason I darent breath in public incase I get a dirty look. I’m certainly not Ill but do occasionally cough to clear my throat. I do not deserve dirty looks from other people thinking I’m infectious 😅

I cough all year round and constantly clear my throat. I am not sick; it’s a post nasal drip situation. I try to hold it in, though.

I too have Bronchiectasis, I am constantly coughing.

Have you ever tried to stop a cough, or a sneeze?

I have hayfever and so does my 20 yr old. I work so does that mean I dont work because of it.
