Is anyone else watching this?! He is literally ranting like a man possessed, I've never seen anything like it. He's declared war on the media (I know we're used to him lashing out at journalists but this is on another level)

I'm watching it on CNN and they have breaking news straplines like "Trump uses task force briefing to rewrite history on coronavirus response", "Angry Trump turns briefing into propaganda session" and "Angry Trump uses propaganda video, produced by government employees at taxpayers' expense"

He has just said, verbatim: "When somebody is President of the United States, that authority is total"

I thought our daily briefings were bullshit

The comment about how the "germ" is so clever that anti- biotics can't keep up with it... such blinding ignorance beggars belief- a very dangerous idiot- how on earth does someone like this become the most powerful leader in the world? Surely all of his staff spend most of their time like this🤦

It’s pure fear - he knows it’s out of control and his whole “America’s open for business and doing well” mantra is falling apart. He has no other line.
Obama had his faults but would have been superb at managing this crisis I reckon.

It was a sight but I am more flabbergasted that he is still in this role. What is going on? America is full, full of great people, why are they putting up with him? He might as well be up there mooning people, at least we would understand his point.

All I can see when I look at him is my auntie, who has quite severe dementia. She has outbursts in exactly the same way.

Just watched old footage of Obama talking about Pandemic preparedness from 2014. How it is not a Party issue etc. He is so clear headed, it would be nice if he were in charge now.
