Ghost in house

So I was house sitting tonight by myself just to feed the person's fish and leave. They have "joked" about seeing a ghost who stands in the corner of their verandah outside (I'm in Australia) and to my surprise I see him standing right fucking there!!! He was facing towards the sky then slowly turned to me and just started staring at me I never looked away from him but had my phone in my hand and quickly took this. Anyway, to not identify myself or show the persons hoise contents, I have zoomed in the photo.
The front door to leave was behind me so I just walked backwards to the door not taking my eyes off of him and he continued to look at me then as I put my hand on the door handle he vanished! Completely shocked right now I don't think I'll sleep. And yes i was alone and no one else came with me!

Ghost photos are always shitty quality pictures that could be reflections, trick of the light, smudges on glass anything. We are surrounded by HD video globally and not one instance of anything convincing being caught on camera

Yes, camera phones have been the norm for nearly 2p years and yet despite all these people citing ghostly experiences, not one has managed to capture a single, unambiguous image of of one of these apparitions. Funny that.

I would have serious concerns about the intelligence of someone who believes in this nonsense. It is indicative of extremely woolly thinking.

If it was a video people would still say it was fake. (Because it would be)

If they'd seen it themselves they'd say they hallucinated. (Because it’s true)

If a group of people saw it they'd say it was a mass hallucination. (Because it is)

How can you have a mass hallucination.

@nakedavengerreturns but I'm scared 😂😂 I went outside last night to put the bins out for collection and I felt like Jason Voorhees was chasing me! I just couldn't do it!! One day I will get the courage to take a picture from my house!

@GinnyStrupac I thought I did! Yes I sent her the picture in a text and said that I saw him and I can't go back to feed the fish and she said to me that he rarely ever glares into the house and that he usually looks around outside and she said she came back the next afternoon.
She has told me that if he does show himself they acknowledge him then he disappears.
She showed me photos that she has taken! I'm definitely not going back into her house.
There was quite a story she told me that was supposedly about this man and how he died. When they bought the house the agents had to tell them of any deaths in the house. If I say so then it will definitely out me!

Looks to me like a military person in fatigues. Wonder if there's history of a family member who was lost in a war ? Well freaky! I'm glad you didn't have to go back.

And why have they not named him? Poor guy, he can't remain 'unnamed dude who stands on the veranda' forever. I vote that he's named Simon. He strikes me as a Simon.
