Because this happened to me yesterday. And I saw a post on Linkedin a few days prior where it had happened to someone else too. This is what happened to me;

I walked up the road on my own to go to my sons' house 5 mins away (they live with their dad, older child has cerebral palsy and needs care, I spend the days with them). Live in a not rough neighbourhood (not posh, but okay). A group of about 7 men and women in their early 20’s, carrying a speaker playing loud Grime walking towards me. Something a bit menacing about them, didn't move over a bit like you'd normally expect so I had to walk on edge of pavement. I thought I was just being paranoid because everything's so weird right now, but as I walked passed them one of the young men deliberately coughed towards me to the amusement of his friends.

I do hope this is not becoming a thing.

Bunch of cunts. I sanctioned a child last week for stopping and very deliberately coughing over a lad already sitting. He turned to do it, he wasn’t already facing the other boy. I was really shocked at him.

Also- not just Young people in gangs. A bank cashier in a bank in town reported an angry customer doing it deliberately to them when they didn’t get the answer they wanted.

Disgusting. I had customers do this to me in the shop I worked in last week. Though I think it was rudeness and thoughtfulness rather than intentional.

Yep, three blokes have been arrested for doing it and then (from what I can gather) hitting an elderly lady who objected to be coughed on.

Also read the other day about a man who was angry at not being able to buy loads of toilet rolls and spat or coughed on the cashier.

Also a pregnant woman posted on here about a man who coughed in her face.

Three teenagers were arrested after an elderly couple were allegedly coughed at in the street.

The couple were approached by three people in Hitchin, one of whom is said to have coughed in their faces.

A passer-by intervened and there was "an altercation" which left a woman in her 70s with a black eye, police said.

Three males aged 16, 18 and 19 were questioned on suspicion of actual bodily harm, affray and criminal damage after the incident on Friday afternoon.

Hertfordshire Police said the elderly woman was taken to hospital for a check-up and later discharged.

Her vehicle was also damaged in the incident in Paynes Park.

The man who intervened also suffered bruising, police said.

The suspects were questioned and released under investigation.

The force called for anyone with information to contact them and asked people not to post details of those they believe are involved or share footage on social media as it could hamper the investigation.

Yep. I was walking down the main road to collect dd2 from school one day last week and the passenger in a passing van leant out of his open window and coughed at me. Actual grown man.

The person who intervened in the Hitchin attack was Tommy Robinson of all people. The film of it was widely circulated last week.

Yes, almost exactly the same thing happened to me while pushing my 1 year old in her push chair up the road to get last minute groceries.

This happened to me last week. I was walking to get my son from school and a group of men purposefully walked closer to me and one of them coughed at me as a went past.

this scum is probably the result of inbreeding.
