They did that to your cheesy cock ring??!!

ByeMF · 06/03/2020 23:44

Jane McDonald calendar?

LivingTheThighLife · 06/03/2020 23:45

@WildflowerChild I’m sorry someone tore your Mavis Beacon touch typing Certificate

Honeyroar · 06/03/2020 23:45

For someone to actually rip it up it must’ve been offensive, surely? Did you ask why? You’d have to ask your manager whether it was allowed, not us.

LivingTheThighLife · 06/03/2020 23:48

@WildflowerChild is your colleague called Elizabeth Warren? (Was it a speech?)

LadyMarathonRunner · 06/03/2020 23:49

One saw this on the Mumsnet Madness twitter feed.

Hilarious!

LivingTheThighLife · 06/03/2020 23:51

Today 23:48 LivingTheThighLife

@WildflowerChild is your colleague called Elizabeth Warren? (Was it a speech?)

Of course I mean Nancy Pelosi (maybe a tad too much Wine

Samtsirch · 06/03/2020 23:52

I think if you had mentioned the text in your original post the replies would have been a lot more sympathetic , there is obviously some sort of personal vendetta occurring.

newroundhere · 06/03/2020 23:53

This is going in Classics, right @mumsnetHQ ??

LivingTheThighLife · 06/03/2020 23:53

@WildflowerChild

Was it the phone book and is your colleague the world’s strongest man?

CJsGoldfish · 06/03/2020 23:55

It doesn’t really matter what it is

Hmmm, I'm not too sure about that

LivingTheThighLife · 06/03/2020 23:58

WildflowerChild · 06/03/2020 23:59

Script of the last episode of Lost? (I hope your colleague set it on fire too)

calmama · 07/03/2020 00:02

Was is a postcard of the Sistine Chapel you were prone to screaming at?

Cos if it was I would have torn it up and sent you a nasty text too.

Samtsirch · 07/03/2020 00:03

So at least this long protracted discussion thread has cheered you up, regardless of what happened earlier
😂🤣😂

Lightofthephoenix · 07/03/2020 00:05

Did they mention why they did it?

WildflowerChild · 07/03/2020 00:08

^^ it definitely has cheered me up!

I was pretty upset last night

HaddawayAndShite · 07/03/2020 00:08

So what did they say when you questioned why they did it?

I think I’d know what I would be doing on Monday though...

brittabot · 07/03/2020 00:08

I recently left a role where a colleague wanted my desk - I was part time and when I wasn’t there she’d sit there and put up personal pictures and inspirational quotes. I have moved to a different role and it’s her desk now but when I went back to visit you couldn’t see the desk for cups, food, paperwork and bumf!
It would all have been binned had I not moved on!

LivingTheThighLife · 07/03/2020 00:09

Was it this? Envy not envy

To think a colleague has no right to take something from your desk and throw it in the bin?
Derbee · 07/03/2020 00:10

OP, I know who you are Grin

Its narrowed down massively by the fact that you may or may not work in an office, you have a desk, and it has things on it. I’d name change if u were you.

You’re completely right not to tell anyone what the object is

Yawn

Largeyellowdaffodil · 07/03/2020 00:11

Hmm another clue from the OP- it was ripped up,

My little grey cells are hard at work.

Philip Schofield poster?
Used toilet roll?

Boredoftherain · 07/03/2020 00:11

They were clearly doing it to piss you off, so no it isn't okay but I think you know that, and it's upset you. So what can you do about this, OP? Sorry if I missed it but did you reply back to them when they texted you about what they had done?

Largeyellowdaffodil · 07/03/2020 00:14

A signed photograph of Piers Morgan?
