Thing is, if anyone who gets it might never know they have it for between 14 and 28+days, then.. we won't know about those who have returned from half term trips until at least next week and possibly mid March is that correct?
I have a sore throat, sneezing, slight temperature, feel a bit run down. I work somewhere where colleagues have definitely been travelling since early January. Including most countries cases are from. In late 30s so, I figure I could have the common cold. Or, a mild case of CV. How would I know.
Parents work in the community, constantly interacting with many people. No way of knowing who they have come into contact with, or where those people have been. Both have flu like symptoms including hacking cough. I advised them to call 111 just to check advice. They were told they couldn't possibly have CV.
If it is already here and circulating, and id be amazed if it isn't, then there really is no way to tell except mass testing, or waiting 14-28 days, right?
