I heard a rumor that I kissed another girl at a school disco in primary school

That I was having an affair with another netball coach.

No I wasn't.

People just have too much time on their hands.

No idea if there are any rumours about me now, I suspect when my ex and I split there were probably a few misconceptions at both his workplace and mine, but none of it ever came back to me. Some people upthread have said there are no rumours about them, I wouldn’t be so sure! Probably just that they haven’t gotten back to you. I’ve heard all sorts of rumours in my time and tbh when I was a lot younger (teens) I would merrily pass them on but so many times I’d find out years later id gotten it all wrong!

I do remember in about year 8 there was apparently a rumour going round that I was on growth hormones and that’s why my boobs were so big, clearly my classmates didn’t understand how puberty worked!

That I fake seizures to get attention and claim benefits so I don’t have to work
At the time I actually was working full time

My MILs friend told her i was having a affair as I had been seen with another man in a pub. This was my works colleague and my husband found it really funny as colleague is 40 years me and gay

That I died!

A very old friend from childhood got in touch with my uncle asking when the funeral was, they even set up a Whats app group and posted loads of old photo's of me!

That I was having an affair with my boss. I was actually Quietly dating a colleague.

That I had been having an affair with my DH for 3 years before we even got together. We used to have sex in the filing cupboard and everyone in the office knew( wish someone had told me!)

That I was related to Anne Frank. I'm not even Jewish.

That I received a £250,000 divorce settlement when I left the cheating scumbag in 2007. I wish.
We were never married. I left with my dog, my handbag and my car.
