Nigel Farage is a DISGRACE TO THE HUMAN RACE AND SHOULD BE DETAINED AT CUSTOMS

What the hell was that debacle in the European Parliament yesterday when he had the audacity to stand there grinning like the Cheshire Cat, basically telling them all good riddance, and then this was followed by the horror of his cronies such as Anne Widdicombe and other half-wits taking it upon themselves to rise to their feet to wave their silly little Union Jacks and sing something? Was it Rule Britannia? They were told to sit down or get out like a pack of show-off fools in a classroom.
Why is this man allowed over there? Can’t someone detain him at customs or something? Grinning like the Cheshire Cat and making us look like bigoted fools everywhere he sets foot. I don’t think I’ve ever disliked a politician this much - and that’s saying something. Vile, pathetic little man who needs to crawl back under his rock for good.

Common theme among brexity types seems to be that the rules shouldn't apply to us, not sure why.

Lol at comparing this to last day of school and can't the kids be given some leeway Grin says a lot about mindset, v revealing

FrogsFrogs · 30/01/2020 21:22

Well TBF minou only about 2 posters think it was fab but they are keen Grin

LakieLady · 30/01/2020 21:23

Beneath the idiotic grin, there is something very nasty about Farage.

Their collective behaviour was infantile and embarrassing. Mairead McGuinness was awesome.

FrogsFrogs · 30/01/2020 21:23

'What this really means is that he has distracted us from talking about the real issues. '

Anything specific?

Agree it's a common tactic.

AllergicToAMop · 30/01/2020 21:24

I agree that he is an idiot. Unfortunately, customs can't detain idiots.
Holding rooms would burst in seems within first 30 minutes of that policy...

Detain him at customs for what?

MaxNormal · 30/01/2020 21:26

But the UK, a country worth 28 smaller states

This must be the famous English exceptionalism I've heard so much about Grin

Frogs... I didn't even know Remainers had also broken the rules with big flags and I equally don't care.

It's a special day.

I'd be more concerned as a poster said about, the reminder that the eu forces countries to vote again when they won't get answers they like...

MaxNormal · 30/01/2020 21:27

@nicky7654 Nazi EU? Would you like to expand on that grossly offensive statement?

AriadnesFilament · 30/01/2020 21:27

Detain him at customs for what?

Being a knob apparently 🙄

Fithles · 30/01/2020 21:29

He could (if he was a different type of person) have behaved like a statesman. Given a gracious speech showing respect but highlighting that our differences were too great to remain part of the EU.

Instead he, Doris Karloff and the rest of the Brexit Party shower looked like a bunch of drunken gurning Muppets who'd raided the pound shop for an assortment of union flag tat. Dreadful. They epitomise everything I detest about Brexiteers and I'm ashamed to be associated with them. Disrespectful, pathetic display.

FrogsFrogs · 30/01/2020 21:30

Comparing it to leeway on last day of school is really very telling indeed.

That one comment has made me understand the mindset of (some) brexit people a lot more.

Thank you.

Sallysaved · 30/01/2020 21:30

I think there was something disturbing about mairehead.

She couldn't laugh it off and seemed shakey.

Maybe it's being held to account one last time?

Sallysaved · 30/01/2020 21:32

Frogs, your welcome.

I know its been really hard for some people to understand the '' mind set ' of leavers over the the past 3 + years.
I know we have been the subject of forensic scrutiny. I'm glad the' 'research' 'is still on the going. Grin I only hope your interest is genuine.

AriadnesFilament · 30/01/2020 21:33

She wasn’t shaky. She was full of barely contained rage because she loathes him.

Unsuprisingly.

Whilst he did make some fair points he did then piss on his own bonfire by behaving like an arse.

Fithles · 30/01/2020 21:35

Hey Sally whilst you're here - what is going to improve once we leave the EU?

(Aside from seeing that twat Farage a lot less).

TheGirlFromStoryville · 30/01/2020 21:36

I thought it was rather humourous in a puerile way. I was cringing at the rendition of Auld Lang Syne though.

easyandy101 · 30/01/2020 21:36

Can't believe anyone thinks that was an appropriate way to behave, regardless of your views on Brexit that was an utter shitshow

AriadnesFilament · 30/01/2020 21:37

Ffs, likening the EU to the Nazis is just as hysterical and inflammatory as the language in the OP, in fact more so actually.

Clavinova · 30/01/2020 21:40

Mairead McGuinness was awesome

After cutting Nigel Farage off for using the word 'hate' yesterday, Mairead McGuinness has given an interview saying, "Nigel Farage used the EU parliament “to kill Europe.”

She also says, 'good riddance to Nigel Farage' and 'he hates Europe' - but he said, 'We love Europe, we just hate the European Union.’

Why use the word 'kill' if you find the word 'hate' offensive?

Anoisagusaris · 30/01/2020 21:43

@Sallysaved
Something disturbing about Mairead McGuinness?? In the context of a discussion about Nigel Farage. That is truly hilarious.

You can’t even spell her name. Hmm

frumpety · 30/01/2020 21:43

Nigel didn't get brexit done , that would be Boris and Dominic. What's he going to do now ? he has no power at all. Nobody gives a toss about him. Boris is Prime minister, Nigel is out of a job.

Clavinova · 30/01/2020 21:47

mairehead
I took the spelling as a joke?
