Nigel Farage is a DISGRACE TO THE HUMAN RACE AND SHOULD BE DETAINED AT CUSTOMS

What the hell was that debacle in the European Parliament yesterday when he had the audacity to stand there grinning like the Cheshire Cat, basically telling them all good riddance, and then this was followed by the horror of his cronies such as Anne Widdicombe and other half-wits taking it upon themselves to rise to their feet to wave their silly little Union Jacks and sing something? Was it Rule Britannia? They were told to sit down or get out like a pack of show-off fools in a classroom.
Why is this man allowed over there? Can’t someone detain him at customs or something? Grinning like the Cheshire Cat and making us look like bigoted fools everywhere he sets foot. I don’t think I’ve ever disliked a politician this much - and that’s saying something. Vile, pathetic little man who needs to crawl back under his rock for good.

Embarrassing, shameful. I can barely look my European friends in the eye.

mochi00 · 30/01/2020 21:03

”But the UK, a country worth 28 smaller states??”

What are you on about now?

OP posts:
OwlBeThere · 30/01/2020 21:04

Singles little-black-book respect has been made shown in to us, they humiliated Camerton, were hideous to theresa may

Also can you translate this for me? I genuinely don’t know what you’re saying

EarringsandLipstick · 30/01/2020 21:04

Agree OP

Really impressed with how our Mairead McGuinness, VP of the European Parliament, dealt with him and his infantile behaviour. Cut him off for breaking the rules, and followed up his speech by reminding people that the use of the word 'hate' had no place in political or other discourse.

Attagirl. She's some woman.

mochi00 · 30/01/2020 21:05

“He’s not Hitler...”

Oh well that’s fine then.... Confused

OP posts:
Sallysaved · 30/01/2020 21:05

Arf the laughing stock of the world 😂😂.

Poor UK leaving the eu powerhouse.... Packed with innovative wealth generating countries putting the rest of the world to shame with its incredible productivity, low unemployment rates and outstanding lifestyle and high level of living for all its citizens....

Sallysaved · 30/01/2020 21:07

I don't know where little black book came from.

Singles.. Little respect.. Has been shown. Smile

mochi00 · 30/01/2020 21:07

Yes MMcG dealt with him brilliantly and showed them up for the pathetic little imbeciles they are, If only she’d cut him off earlier though.

OP posts:
greenlavender · 30/01/2020 21:07

@Sallysaved - he made an utter fool of himself & his nation yesterday. No common decency. No idea how to behave. So against Europe that he's trousered their money for over 20 years, professing to care about the UK whilst not attending any meetings. If I said what I really thought of him I'd be banned.

AriadnesFilament · 30/01/2020 21:07

Oh, read the rest of the comment, you know exactly what I was saying. Get some perspective and save the hysteria.

He’s not a nice man. But he’s not “a disgrace to a humanity”. Ffs.

12345ct · 30/01/2020 21:08

Sallysave you are 1000% correct the OP could learn a lot from you but probably won't accept the truth you speak.

AriadnesFilament · 30/01/2020 21:09

Oh, and what exactly do you want him detained at customs for? Being a knobhead? It’s going to be a long fucking queue if that’s the criteria.

Seriously. Pull yourself together.

ragged · 30/01/2020 21:09

20+ years as a politician. I don't think he'll go quietly. Loves the attention.

Clavinova · 30/01/2020 21:10

taking it upon themselves to rise to their feet to wave their silly little Union Jacks and sing something?

Yes, I think NF could have been a bit more respectful in his speech but I didn't mind the flags. And to be fair, the remain supporting MEPs also stood up to sing something wearing scarves - either you ban flags, scarves, t-shirts ("Bollocks to Brexit") or you don't.

blondiebrowneyes · 30/01/2020 21:10

Absolute bunch of fucking cockwombles. Embarrassed to be British at the moment.

BonnesVacances · 30/01/2020 21:11

As usual, people are able to overlook the rule breaking (flags) and unprofessional behaviour because "they don't like the EU either". You're fucking jokes! Do you behave like that at work?

He is a deeply unpleasant and pathetic piece of shit and with the other Brexit Party MEPs behaving in an embarrassing and disrespectful way. I wish I could distance myself from their behaviour more!

mochi00 · 30/01/2020 21:11

He absolutely is a disgrace to Britain. I couldn’t imagine a more disgraceful scene than that. He is a disgrace to humanity because he has given a voice and an “acceptable face” to a deeply unpleasant underbelly of society. That is his legacy.

OP posts:
WoollyMollyMonkey · 30/01/2020 21:12

As he’s now out of a job, can he be sent on a trade mission to Wuhan?

Sallysaved · 30/01/2020 21:16

Bonne...

I'm all for rules and so on.. Isn't rather like school though, your not generally allowed to write your name on each others shirts on a normal school day. However on your very last day of school, students take permanent markers and write their names on each others uniform.

I felt it was petty and bitter to reprimand Farage for waving a tiny flag on our last day of attendance.

She should have laughed... Made a joke alluding to his robust speeches.... Perhaps saying how much she will miss them and laughed it off.

Saddler · 30/01/2020 21:18

A fantastic speech yesterday. Hope you get over it OP xx

If you actually read my post I said I thought NF could have been a bit more respectful in his speech - the flags were tiny - the remain supporting scarves (with flags) were bigger.

otterturk · 30/01/2020 21:19

It's ok for the remainder MEPs to sing and wear scarves.

It's not ok for the architect of Brexit to enjoy his moment and say that he "looks forward to Britain working closely with the EU as a sovereign nation"

But the UK, a country worth 28 smaller states

Fuck me, I am embarrassed for you that you think this way.

YANBU OP, Farage is a disgrace. He’s been handsomely paid by the EU for years and will collect a generous pension. Of course he will tell us he has been serving as an MEP in order to protest and disrupt the EU all this time. Perhaps he could give up his pension seeing as he detests the EU so much.

minou123 · 30/01/2020 21:21

He is an odious man, I hate his politics, views, opinions, they are vile.

However, he has played a blinder here. He KNEW this would be covered in the press and he KNEW it would divide opinion.

As seen as this thread; some find what he did appalling, others found it great.

What this really means is that he has distracted us from talking about the real issues. Men like him have been doing this for years, while we are busy looking at the big flag (literally in this case) they are waving in our faces, they are busy doing doing underhand things behind our backs.
