To find the naked male body sexually repellent

Hi, I don’t mean to offend anyone and I’m not a lesbian. I can really fancy a man wearing nothing but pants - even Speedo’s - but when a man is actually entirely naked I just don’t like it. I don’t like the look of the penis. Anyone else?

Excellent point made above about the myth that female bodies are more appealing naked than male ones. It’s just an excuse to titillate. Most female bodies aren’t all that nice to look at either.

Straggly, untamed pubes or plucked chicken stubble vulvas, mottled legs, saggy boobs and wobbly tummies, toenails that need a bit of work. This is the reality for most naked bodies, male or female!

As for the recent obsessions with backsides. I don’t get it. When I see these women shaking their giant arses in the name of sexual allure, I just think: are you looking for a toilet? That’s what bums mean to me.

As for female genitalia being attractive to look at....try giving birth vaginally more than once. It’s not selfie material, that’s for sure!

YANBU. I'd love to see Chris Hemsworth or Ramin Kariloo naked but have no desire to gaze upon their penis. Happy with tight black boxers as I'm not allowed to have sex with them as I'm married

I’m thinking of the neutral, useful kind of lamp that’s seen a few homes and colour schemes because it’s well designed, functional and not flashy. More IKEA than Heals.

The one thing I will say for female genitals is at least we never have to see our own. All I see is hair. Poor men actually have to look at theirs.

Agree with sleekit to a degree here - but it also depends on the man and your feelings of him.

My DH would never have won any Mr Universe title or owt like that, but I loved* the look of his naked body.

Whereas the supposedly gorgeous men of stage and screen etc - I might think they looked very nice thank you, but I wouldn't be turned on by any of them. (I do have a secret crush on David Costabile, though, and he's not what you might call buff)

*Sadly we neither of us have improved over four and a half decades - tend to keep those things under wraps most of the time now

Unsurprising that people’s opinions vary. So do genitals! I’ve seen literally thousands during 36 years in the operating theatre as a hospital doctor, and they ranged from ugly, lumpen, misshapen over/undersized or grubby, to sleek, shapely and attractive. I was always very fond of DH’s ( perfect!) one, but he died 28 years ago and I never found a replacement.

I agree to a certain extent- I’m bi and if you just showed me a picture of a penis or a vagina, I wouldn’t find it particularly attractive or arousing. I find people’s faces or shoulders or chests much more appealing.

There's a reason why male genitals are on the small side in classical sculpture OP. I prefer them bulging in a nice pair of briefs personally.

I don't think male genitalia is the prettiest thing but, no, I don't find them sexually repellent. If I did, I'd probably not have any children!
