To ask for tips to get up earlier in the morning?

I find that I ignore my alarm and fall back asleep, then spend the rest of the day feeling annoyed with myself for waking up late.
Any tips? What time do you get up at?

It is grim - night owl with early start job here. Should be asleep already really and I know I will feel less crap if I go to sleep earlier - but then it also feels like all I'm doing with my life is working and coming home getting ready for bed!
Great idea of moving the coffee machine into the bedroom - it's the first thing I do when I get out of bed anyway.
Have tried a Lumie for a few days - didn't make any difference.
Alarmy, though. Get up and photograph something? DO a maths problem? I would not even have the self-discipline to set it!!
I have 3 alarms at present - one on the google home and two on the phone 5 mins either side of the google one. Generally works but I have been known to sleep through all of them...

Yes, but the timer won't start it dimmed and slowly brighten it, nor be able to do red light that dims down in the evening and blue tinted light in the morning to activate the right parts of the brain.

Pricey but I do want a Lumie/proper smart light set up for that reason. Currently we have this utterly shit set up which reverts to full brightness whenever you change the colour of it which defeats the entire point, IMO. And the app crashes and then the light gets stuck on or off.

We have a Lumie or something similarI think but changed it as the bulbs were going quickly and got a cheaper one. Awful, light came on very suddenly and this away with the benefit of the gradual increase in light which really helps me.
