Because if you are in Oxfordshire, the council thinks schools should facilitate mixed sex dorm rooms for residential trips, as well as allowing mixed sex loos, changing rooms and sports.

It's on this thread thread

I think MNHQ are probably watching the thread. I haven't reported any since my one yesterday.
I suspect Fail is no longer a member give the recent confusion as to their ethnicity and the fact they have been around MN plopping their delightful views on other threads.

Datun · 05/01/2020 10:47

Please don’t report any of Fail’s posts. It’s important for people to see what kind of people are demanding that women permit males into female areas.

Indeed. Spaces where there are women and children.

Cushycat · 05/01/2020 10:48

Yes he was very interested in children Sad

CallofDoodee · 05/01/2020 10:55

So Gail do you think males are a threat or not? I'm confused by your stance here?

(And also, are you black/irish or are you white? Smile)

Datun · 05/01/2020 11:03

I could be wrong, but having shown a disturbing interest in children, I suspect the poster has been banned.

And it really is disturbing. Despite self ID not being law, people are still self ID-ing, and it's a pervert's charter.

The twist that if you object, you can be accused of bigotry, is horrifying.

T0tallyFuckedUpFamily · 05/01/2020 11:07

Gail is whatever Gail identifies as. Grin

nolongersurprised · 05/01/2020 11:15

I could be wrong, but having shown a disturbing interest in children, I suspect the poster has been banned.

On another thread the poster also stated that they were a “senior nursery practitioner” who was trained to look after severely disabled children in a variety of settings.

I really really hope that was made up as well. They were a genuinely creepy, disturbing poster. Both in their repetitive discussions about looking at children’s genitalia and by their descriptions of how women could be abused in toilets.

I am unfazed by name calling on these type of threads but Gail was disturbing and seemed like a sexual predator. Exactly the sort of person you’d not want getting changed next to your daughter.

Cushycat · 05/01/2020 11:19

Fucking hell. A sick 'fantasy' I am sure.

PurpleCrowbar · 05/01/2020 11:20

I suppose we should be grateful that Fail wasn't also identifying as a dog.

Imagine the bun fights they could cause on a puppy farming thread...Wink

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 05/01/2020 11:30

When I was a little girl I really, really wanted to be a dog. More exactly, I wanted to be a Great Dane or an Irish Wolfhound. I used to have dreams about being a dog, and how wonderful it was to smell so well and run so fast.

Fortunately my mother did not encourage me to think that I actually was a dog, and I grew out of it.

Radkafememe · 05/01/2020 11:41

Just caught up, great post exposing nicely why women need to say no and retain single sex spaces. Thanks gc and everyone who kept their cool in the face of some disturbing posts

T0tallyFuckedUpFamily · 05/01/2020 11:50

I’m sure there will be something on Twitter from this rather strange individual, if anyone is able to search. I’m not on Twitter, so I wouldn’t know how.

PurpleCrowbar · 05/01/2020 12:00

There's an account with that username, but it's years old & inactive, so probably not connected.

But yeah, I'm sure Fail will need to get cross somewhere.

Mind you it could just be using the initials as a piss take - GC?! & then generating 2 randomly 'girly' names?

Too tin foil hat maybe!

Natsku · 05/01/2020 12:08

Wow, this was an enlightening thread. Some people can't help but let the mask slip. Glad most of the posts were left to stand, important that people can see what kind of people advocate for removing women and girls' boundaries.

T0tallyFuckedUpFamily · 05/01/2020 12:15

I wonder how Mumsnet moderators start of thinking they have keep a close eye on those nasty terfs, read posts like that and think “holy fuck! They might just have a point!” 😁

T0tallyFuckedUpFamily · 05/01/2020 12:17

*how many Mumsnet.....

Datun · 05/01/2020 12:46

I'm just pointing out that it will be extremely bad for business - not like it has not been already but as time moves on, sites which are associated with bigotry will lose out. Advertisers will pull out. The people here will be used as examples of hate and prejudice. Anyone associated with the site on their CV will be rejected from other jobs.

All this is straight out of the TRA play book.

You will obey or your livelihood will suffer.

Datun · 05/01/2020 12:48

The sinister tone, alongside the threats and bullying are just as eye opening as anything gender critical women say.

To think my daughter shouldn't have to share a room with a boy!
Feminazgul · 05/01/2020 13:11

GailCindy said: Trans children usually block puberty these days

Phew, thank goodness for that. No need to worry because children under 10 are being given drugs that will adversely and irreversibly affect their bodies for the rest of their lives!

drspouse · 05/01/2020 13:14

Not if they transition after they start puberty though.
And of course there was that case doing the rounds of the boy who wouldn't take his oestrogen as it stopped him, er, getting excited.

Datun · 05/01/2020 13:34

And of course there was that case doing the rounds of the boy who wouldn't take his oestrogen as it stopped him, er, getting excited.

That's right. And his mum, busy online, finding out how she can force it down him.

rodgmum · 05/01/2020 13:41

Plus the good news for the sane amongst us is that the court case against the use of puberty blockers on children should be starting soon: www.theguardian.com/society/2020/jan/05/high-court-to-decide-if-children-can-consent-to-gender-reassignment?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other

TheMustressMhor · 05/01/2020 13:49

This has been so enlightening.

Do these kinds of derailing attempts happen on all threads on this subject? I'm assuming "yes."

And can anyone explain why one of my previous posts was deleted?

T0tallyFuckedUpFamily · 05/01/2020 14:02

Always. They don’t like people discussing facts.

And can anyone explain why one of my previous posts was deleted?

Those that want to be our overlords report posters that are seen to break Mumsnet rules. Without knowing what you said, it’s difficult to know. wanders off to check own posts

TrickyD · 05/01/2020 14:27

Whenever the subject of mixed wards in hospitals crops up on MN, the overwhelming view is that they are undesirable, on grounds of privacy and respect.

I do not see why young girls are not entitled to the same consideration when on expeditions or school trips, or anywhere else.
