To consider this wedding dress

...for a relaxed country wedding? I somehow fell in love with this dress. It is completely different to what I initially wanted. We are older, already have kids, so I wanted our wedding to be a small family affair and was planning on a very plain and understated dress (which is very me, I like to blend in the background). But I just love this one and can't stop thinking about it. I have tried it on and it looked amazing. Would it clash with our setting do you think? (A rustic farm in the middle of nowhere)

The bust panels/cleavage on both dresses are tacky and tasteless

There's nothing tacky about either dress. You don't have to like them, but your reasons are ridiculous.

In all seriousness though that first dress is incredible, go for it! If it makes your heart sing, it’s the one! It’s beautiful, works perfectly with a country wedding.

My mum bought two dresses and finally wore the third one she found in TKMaxx of all places, it was stunning, I cried when she tried it on for me! And with the other two my friend and I re-enacted that friends episode a few times while on maternity leave

You keep thinking about the first dress, so I'd go for that one. It's very beautiful.

I think it's helped me realise that this is the one I love so I will probably mention it to my family tomorrow and unless they truly hate it, I will go for it.

If money isn't a consideration it hardly matters surely? (In the nicest possible eay) Both are pretty (and quite similar) though I prefer the first one as it looks a bit softee. Wedding dresses do generally look fairly samey IMO though, I don't think anyone would find it out of place at a wedding as it will be ballpark what is expected so I'd pick what makes you happiest OP as nobody on here can say what suits you better really without photos of it on!

The first one is so beautiful, and it's your wedding so do what you want to do, don't worry about whether your family will like it or not.

And it's really not showing too much cleavage so stop worrying about that too
