I dont normally eat this kind of food but I went a bit mad in the deli section in morrisons for me and DH now the kids are in bed
Yes am one of those wankers that take pictures of food! But oh days it was so so good.

I've got a cold and can't taste anything, so will finish off the not very nice low fat plain houmous and breadsticks. Will enjoy the texture at least!

Steak, macaroni cheese, garlic mashed potato and griddled asparagus. It was fucking glorious!

Chicken/mango curry & lime rice.

I had a McDonald's in a service station which was both burnt and cold. Quite the achievement.

Nothing, 33 weeks pregnant and seem to get horrible acid reflux and wake up choking if I eat in the evenings so I've been stopping by 4. Boo at you and your delicious food!

On someone’s recommendation on here we did a ‘posh’ chilli with steak. Been simmering all day in the oven, we had the lot, little taco boats, rice, sour cream, guacamole, fresh chopped coriander, salad, it was just 3 of us so we have got plenty for lunch tomorrow too. It was bloody marvellous!

Cooked a lovely steak earlier with chips and a side of red cabbage, putting DS to bed and then there's a peach and raspberry pavlova waiting downstairs!

Roast leg of lamb, roast pots, roast sweet pots, broccoli, pigs in blankets, mint sauce, gravy (with port dregs) and some mixed veg (left over cauliflower and more potatoes) in cheese sauce.

@PooWillyBumBum I had that when pregnant with my Dd. I’m now nearly 35 weeks with my second and I actually get that awful acid reflux if I go too long without eating! Strange isn’t it!

There are only two of us, but we are eating party snacks. Started with oriental prawn stuff and just had lobster mac and cheese. Will have something else in a bit - pacing myself!

Turkey and stuffing sandwich with salt and vinegar crisps! Following that with homemade trifle!

Party food for us here!

And Yorkshire puddings

Lentil and sweet pepper soup made with the stock form boiling down the Christmas Day chicken bones, with a side of broccoli in a spicy tahini coating, with the crusts cut off the bread-sauce bread deep fried to make crispy bits for the soup; followed by drop scones made with some milk which turned a couple of days ago hence super light scones. Not the most well balanced meal - a bit high on carbs - but very nice.

We had a takeaway pizza. Got chips & dips for later.

That's my ideal meal op.

We have roast lamb but I'm recovering from being ill and have totally lost my appetite which is unheard of.

Hoping it will kick start my weight loss for the new year

I had some chips in 5 Guys. Delicious. I will soon have some chocolate and go to bed.

Glad I’m not the only one struggling with acid! Bizarrely enjoying reading about all of your feasts. We are off to a friends with DD (11) but imagine next year with a 10 month old it’ll be a takeaway!

Fasoulia with lemon and coriander dressing and sourdough bread. Sounds ridiculously poncey I know, but it was a Guardian vegan recipe which I tried and it's bloody lovely.

I got some steak out of the freezer and having it with oven chips, mushrooms & onions & roasted carrots. When I can be bothered to move from the sofa!!!

BUT...am I the only one who thinks photographed food, unless done by a professional, always looks rank?? Something about cameras maybe. I sometimes take pictures of amazing food in restaurants if they're presented nicely but it always looks crap on my screen!
