If so, how long do you think you will last before your eyelids droop and you nod off?

I reckon I can last until about 3ish.

The momentum man is delusional.

RedandYellowSunrise · 13/12/2019 00:03

What channel are people watching? I'm on itv as can not stomach Jeremy Vine and channel 4 was too alternative.

TheClausSeason · 13/12/2019 00:18

I'm watching the BBC apparently.

TheClausSeason · 13/12/2019 00:18

Oh dear, Jeremy Corbyn. Look at the damage he's caused.

PickAChew · 13/12/2019 00:20

Looking fucking depressing. Sunderland Central not as bad as feared but still too close but would be gutted to see the beast of Bolsover overthrown.

Labour have lost people like me. They need to accept that.

VanyaHargreeves · 13/12/2019 00:27

When will lots of announcements start rolling?

PickAChew · 13/12/2019 00:32

Particularly slow tonight. Suspect lots of recounts.

OwlinaTree · 13/12/2019 00:38

I'm turning in, too tired. Very exciting to watch tonight if your are a Tory supporter, but sadly for me I'm not Xmas Smile

Treaclepie19 · 13/12/2019 00:40

I'm going to have to go to bed soon. As above, must be exciting to watch if you're a tory supporter.

crosstalk · 13/12/2019 00:43

I'm here. Absolutely transfixed. Labour MP from Stoke already conceding he'll have lost (6 hours ahead of count result) and blaming it on Corbyn - and the lack of clarity on Brexit.

*@VanyaHargreeves most start rolling in from 1400 but there are the recounts. And then you get the far flung places like the Scilly Islands where I gather the RAF are trying to get the voting places from the outlying islands like Bryher.

crosstalk · 13/12/2019 00:48

Blyth Valley was seat 91 in the 1-200 of the Tory targets. It's gone Tory. However the BBC is going very big on the exit poll.

VanyaHargreeves · 13/12/2019 00:50

Nick Robinson is talking as if the Fat Lady has already sung here. I don't necessarily think he's wrong to say Corbyn HAS to go but he is talking like all votes are in and they really aren't

crosstalk · 13/12/2019 00:52

I've voted all over the place in my time. I'm interested to watch because I'm a political nerd but will probably bow out by 3am to get on with work like all of us.

VanyaHargreeves · 13/12/2019 00:54

Yes 3 am is my absolute cut off too

RedandYellowSunrise · 13/12/2019 00:55

I'm turning off for a while will be up around 2am. Couldn't even stomach my wine

zsazsajuju · 13/12/2019 00:58

I’m staying up till 3. Corbyn must go

bullyingadvice2017 · 13/12/2019 01:02

So is it definitely a conservative win now with no way of it being labour?
Never watched this before Nd finding it interesting...

VanyaHargreeves · 13/12/2019 01:08

The Labour loss is predicted by the Exit Poll which is an inexact Science but they have become quite a reliable prediction in recent years.

It ain't over til it's over though

PrivateSpidey · 13/12/2019 01:10

Im still up as well. Need to go to bed. Just watching footage of Lord Buckethead Grin

It seems really slow, aren't there usually more results in than this by now, or is it just me?

VanyaHargreeves · 13/12/2019 01:13

Lord Buckethead stood in Theresa May's constituency last time

He gets about! Grin

He got US TV coverage last time and is probably hoping for more

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 13/12/2019 01:17

Just finishing my (decaf) cup of tea then bed

Tomorrow is very busy at work and of course lots of talk about the results

Would like to stay up

heath48 · 13/12/2019 01:28

Staying up for another hour or so.

crosstalk · 13/12/2019 01:36

Darlington to Tories. Scotland looks seriously interesting if the Nats knock out the Tory seats. Second referendum?

sniffsneeze · 13/12/2019 01:37

I hope so crosstalk!

rhubarbcrumbles · 13/12/2019 01:49

Is it just me or do Sky seem really biased?
They are saying how terrible it is for Labour but last time I looked they had 11 seats compared to 8 for the Conservatives.
