Just interested as I've been really debating with myself this year and am not really convinced by any party

@Kyvia
if the Vote for Policies website is correct then I should be voting 33% Brexit Party. Despite being a staunch Remainer. Was a bit of an eye opener for me! (Caveat: I will not be voting for the Brexit Party)

ferntwist · 11/12/2019 21:51

Labour, to stop Boris Johnson from dragging us out of the EU with no trade deal at the end of next year.
And to safeguard our NHS.

Skyejuly · 11/12/2019 21:52

Labour, because NHs, Boris and the local tory MP is a bitch

Symptomless · 11/12/2019 21:52

It's interesting how many are not voting on policies. Bojo seems to know that and also has the media on his side.

Skyejuly · 11/12/2019 21:55

I feel sick about it too. I know some people that vote without having a reason and just gone with the majority :(

Esptea · 11/12/2019 22:00

Labour. They aren't perfect but the current system is broken.

We can't continue to ignore the homeless epidemic, the crisis in the care system or the chronic underfunding of schools. They are the only viable alternative to the Tories.

The Tories won't get Brexit done because it isn't possible to get Brexit done. This seems to be their only policy if you don't count the very creative figures they've given for the NHS.

itsokaynow · 11/12/2019 22:01

Labour but probably pointless as I am in Tatton Constituency.

Skyejuly · 11/12/2019 22:03

I'm suffolk coastal. Massive tory safe area :(

MayMiracle · 11/12/2019 22:05

Labour

I'm not a fan of Corbyn, but could never vote for Boris Johnson

In my constituency it's a two horse race between Labour and Conservative. So even though my natural affiliation is closer to Lib Dem, it would be a wasted vote

Sadly, though, I think it will be an overall Tory majority come Friday

Bye bye NHS

Skyejuly · 11/12/2019 22:06

Its sickening. It really is. I work in NHs now and most my friends at work are voting same. Unfortunately I dont think everyone realises Crown Sad

Not sure whether your post stopped prematurely tabitha but what was posted is unfortunate - appears to be racist - might want mn to delete for you ??

Treaclepie19 · 11/12/2019 22:19

HeronLanyon it's not the only post that poster has made that is sickening.

Writersblock2 · 11/12/2019 22:20

Tory. I can’t understand why any woman would vote Labour or LD when they both want to change the law to lie about the biological reality of women. It will massively impact every single woman and girl.

HeronLanyon · 11/12/2019 22:22

tp reported and mn say they have been deleted/suspended but I think I still see it on here. Good god eh !?

Tigerty · 11/12/2019 22:26

Tory for the first time ever as a protest vote against Corbyn and wokest Lib Dems. It’s a safe labour seat so it’s my unheard protest vote to get a better labour leader and to tell Lib Dems women actually exist. Not even sure it’ll make me feel better but there you go.

Treaclepie19 · 11/12/2019 22:29

Heron, it's disgusting. I reported too but can still see this one.

ChipsCheeseAndBeans · 11/12/2019 22:33

Labour only because I want SNP out. Would vote Lib Dem’s but they have no chance.

Saddler · 11/12/2019 22:35

Conservative and unionist party

mummysherlock · 11/12/2019 22:37

Tory. Because I believe we need to honour the result of the 2016 referendum, I don’t want a government with Corbyn, McDonnell and Abbott at the helm, and I am a realist and worried about labours spending plans.

DialANumber · 11/12/2019 22:41

I'm voting for our local independent candidate, she seems to have a bit of a chance in this historically true blue area. The Tory candidate doesn't live here hasn't taken part in hustings and has not even tried to engage voters. He is still showing as ahead?!

I wouldn't ever in a million years vote Conservative. I'm a nurse who really doesn't have much more left to give. I am put in the position of not being able to do my job properly every single time I go to work and I just can't keep working 12 hours with no breaks, no staff, no resources and no back up. Something has to change. I have seen the absolute devastation caused by tory policies relating to brexit and EU nursing staff, the removal of the bursary for student nurses and the knock on effects of cuts to all other services. I recently got put on hold when I rang 999 for the police...

Please please please please can we dare to hope we may not have to be part of a society that has no libraries, leisure centres, public transport, children's centres.... It's so frustrating and embarrassing to know the money is there but the will isn't Confused

I feel v glad that I can vote independent in good conscience.

Goldenbear · 11/12/2019 22:43

Green party.

How anyone can vote for the empty macho promise of getting Brexit done is beyond me!

Rupertpenrysmistress · 11/12/2019 22:45

Labour for me and dh I have worked in the NHS under labour and now cons. The NHS is the worst it has ever been I don't see how we can save it. Also food banks, as a very wealthy and developed country it makes me cry to see children needing to rely on food banks. The conservative government should be ashamed of themselves.

Twiggywinkle13 · 11/12/2019 22:52

I am voting SNP as I am in Scotland and I believe very strongly -

When you're not doing so well, vote for a better life for yourself. If you are doing quite nicely, vote for a better life for others

LittleMissMe99 · 11/12/2019 23:04

Labour. As I feel Conservatives care for the high earners more than the working class. I want my children to have a future with an NHS. I think the Conservatives lie constantly....50,000 more nurses anyone? Tories have had 10 years and have left this country on it's knees. It's time for a change.
