Just interested as I've been really debating with myself this year and am not really convinced by any party

I’m spoiling my ballot paper. I’m not willing, in how ever small a way, to endorse any of the parties currently on offer. I find both Corbyn and Johnson equally contemptible.

Kyvia · 11/12/2019 16:30

I’m in a Labour/Tory marginal so no point voting for anyone else, it’d be wasted. In the past I’ve voted Labour/Green/LibDem, depending on the seat and the issues at hand.

As a leave voter, and various concerns about Corbyn, I almost thought about voting Conservative for the first time ever, which was really weird (also think they’re the least likely to implement self-ID, although they’re hardy exemplary feminists).......but no, the campaign has shown they’re just too Tory, the lies, the fake news, the NHS is falling apart, services cut to the bone, housing crisis, food banks.....so despite the issues with Corbyn & uncertainty on self ID, I’m voting Labour for the greater good. I will almost definitely still vote leave in any second referendum.

Mistlewoeandwhine · 11/12/2019 16:30

I’ve already postal voted for Labour.

tinkywinky2 · 11/12/2019 16:32

Labour. I would never in a million years vote for conservatives.

Mistlewoeandwhine · 11/12/2019 16:32

Sorry forgot to say why - better for the environment, better for people in low wage jobs, better for the NHS and schools. Oh and no wars in the Middle East is a biggie for me.

Nonnymum · 11/12/2019 16:33

Labour because the thought of Boris Johnson for another 5 years makes me feel ill as does a hard Brexit. He is going to turn the UK into an inward looking, nationalistic jingoistic country we will be going back to the 1950s.

Christmastreejoy · 11/12/2019 16:35

I need the nhs and feel it’s in the best interests to keep it. I have 2 sen kids. I help at a food bank.

Safe to say I WONT be voting conservatives. They are dangerous and it depresses me how many people fall for their lies even when they are proven over and over

Tory. Because I know what the bullying Momentum mob, Corbyn and his gang of bullies can do to this country. I am Jewish as well. So, yeah.

Thestinkycheeseman · 11/12/2019 16:36

I'm voting Tory.

firstimemamma · 11/12/2019 16:39

Green. None of the other parties are doing enough to fight climate change.

Kolo · 11/12/2019 16:42

Labour. I'd also consider Lib Dem as a tactical vote if that was the case in my constituency, to get the tories out.

My reasons are that I firmly believe in investing in our public services. Having worked a couple of decades in state education, I have seen first hand what the tories have done to that and I'm worried for the education of my own children. The manifestos show that my kids schools will lose about £400 per year per child under tories compared to labour. I also value our NHS and don't trust the bullingdon boys to run a raffle fairly, yet alone guard our NHS.

CherryPie400 · 11/12/2019 16:44

Labour, because I care about my children's (and other children's) futures, our NHS, and the most vulnerable in society.

scissy · 11/12/2019 16:44

Lib dems as they are only 1% behind the Tories here in the latest poll (and it could go either way once error margins are taken into account). My conservative MP despite claiming to be remain in a remain constituency is too busy trying to get a senior position in the Tory party to represent the wishes of the majority of his constituents. When questioned on his voting record his response was "they work for you doesn't accurately report how MPs vote" Hmm

dottiedodah · 11/12/2019 16:45

Im still undecided TBH.I like the Labour policies ,and feel that our NHS Schools and so on, need to have more money .However JC frightens me when talking about how much money they are going to spend. Boris meanwhile appears to play the lovable rogue ,and is hoping to entertain us with Snazzy TV adverts taken from Love Actually ,or going out with the milkman on his rounds ! A friend said the same this morning and our young friend who lodges with us is undecided too!

lostlondoner · 11/12/2019 16:46

Green because I'm in a safe Tory seat so I can't vote tactically. I'm not sure I believe in labours policies right now either. It's all pointless. Tories will landslide. We're doomed.

lostlondoner · 11/12/2019 16:47

Normally I'm Labour

TheWaiting · 11/12/2019 16:48

@Baaaahhhhh, thanks for that link! Mine came out at 60% Green which surprised me. The National results surprised even more though. Tories in 4th place when people look at policies; wow! Shock

HumousWhereTheHeartIs · 11/12/2019 16:51

Johnson and Corbyn are equally unelectable to me. I'm voting SNP but wouldn't vote for them in Scottish parliament elections.

speakout · 11/12/2019 16:51

i have no idea. I am struggling to decide.

SimonJT · 11/12/2019 16:51

I will be voting labour, I generally like my labour MP, she doesn’t have a perfect voting record (but no does).

TheWaiting · 11/12/2019 16:52

@dottiedodah, DH was the same but has decided that JC would/could only be for 1 term whereas Brexit and the sell off of the NHS is forever. (Neither of us like JC)

HumousWhereTheHeartIs · 11/12/2019 16:54

@TheWaiting That is an excellent way to sum things up

GlitchStitch · 11/12/2019 16:55

I will either (very reluctantly) vote Tory or spoil my ballot. I've not decided which yet.

PeterRouseTheFleshofMankind · 11/12/2019 16:57

Labour.

I dislike Corbyn and fucking Momentum, but they are the only option in my constituency to oust the Tories (although it's a fairly safe seat tbh) and that is my main priority.

Plus the Lib Dems are full of shit.

Stinkycatbreath · 11/12/2019 16:57

Labour because last night I end up in Resus in A and E. Three blood transfusions four saline bags a whole lot of effort later I am alive a thanking my lucky stars for the NHS.
