12 weeks suspended , normal service has been resumed by the Kimblewick hunt

Good, evil fuckers!
Everyone knows that most of these Hunts (rhyming slang?) are still killing foxes but it’s hard to investigate and prove

MrsMaiselsMuff · 27/11/2019 11:55

Tories being Tories.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 27/11/2019 11:56

I wouldn’t call a suspended sentence “good”. They ripped the poor innocent creature from its home and put it in a terrifying situation. Not that It would excuse it, in anyway, but. These weren’t teenagers. They were fully fledged men. I’d have given them at least 5 years.

Throckmorton · 27/11/2019 12:12

Sentence should be much longer. Bastards

DeepDarkWoods · 27/11/2019 12:33

Should have been put in prison. All members of the hunt should also be punished. Kimblewick hunt were the ones who's hounds had TB and had to be destroyed a few years ago. So also spreading disease throughout the countryside and then blaming it on badgers.

dontalltalkatonce · 27/11/2019 12:35

Cunts!

beckyvardy · 27/11/2019 12:37

They should be made to compete in the real life hunger games.

StylishMummy · 27/11/2019 12:39

It's a fox? They're vermin. I don't see the issue myself Confused

HolyMilkBoobiesBatman · 27/11/2019 12:43

It's a fox? They're vermin. I don't see the issue myself

Indeed, absolutely no issue with taking a young animal from it’s home and placing it, entirely defences in front of dogs with the specific aim to tear it to shreds.
If only the world was full of more people with your glorious point of view. Hmm

DeepDarkWoods · 27/11/2019 12:43

It doesn't matter what animal it is, it does not need to be terrified and forced to die an agonising death for some sick hunt scums enjoyment.

Hoppinggreen · 27/11/2019 12:45

Well firstly it’s illegal
I’m not some clueless townie who thinks that all wildlife comes straight from wind in the willows and if there is a proven need for culling I isn’t like it but I accept it
What I find totally abhorrent is turning it into a sport - killing anything for fun is awful. There should be a “you kill it you eat it rule” this is what applies in our house - unsurprisingly nobody steps on spiders!!

donnalou76 · 27/11/2019 12:46

Stylishmummy
Are you for real? What a disgusting way to think.

nocluewhattodoo · 27/11/2019 12:47

At this point, with the number of hunts being caught still killing foxes, anyone who is a member should be fined massively (as in many, many multiples of the £960 these men were fined) and any further infractions should result in a substantial prison sentence imo. And I think they should have their horses and hounds removed from them if caught, as they clearly do not give a shit about any animals quality of life. But as it's only toffs who engage in these 'traditions' it's unlikely to ever happen.

PortiaCastis · 27/11/2019 12:54

Those who advocate this should try being the victim of the hounds just so they get an idea of how fucking cruel they are
Bastards.

angemorange · 27/11/2019 12:57

Scumbags, but not the only ones breaking the law this way.

This sort of crime isn't taken seriously enough - there's plenty of evidence that animal abusers also abuse children and other vulnerable people.

EleanorShellstrop100 · 27/11/2019 13:00

@StylishMummy only vermin here are people with disgusting views and terrifying lack of compassion like yourself

recklessruby · 27/11/2019 13:01

I have no problem with hunting....if the scum that do it hunt each other and tear their pitiful selves to shreds.
Leave animals alone. I have seen plenty of foxes up close, they re beautiful animals.

EleanorShellstrop100 · 27/11/2019 13:02

It literally makes me feel physically sick and despair in humanity that someone can say ‘Don’t see the issue myself’ about an animal being taken from it’s home, chased, terrified, by hounds until it’s so exhausted it’s caught and ripped apart. Absolutely disgusting.

JeffreeStar · 27/11/2019 13:05

Foxes are a vermin and do untold damage to livestock. But I don’t like cruelty for cruelty’s sake.

JeffreeStar · 27/11/2019 13:09

Hunting a country tradition, it keeps the populations down. And have you seen what a fox can do to a sheep? But I’m not personally a fan of fox hunting. I am only interested in killing foxes who bother my livestock.

BarbedBloom · 27/11/2019 13:12

Culling is one thing, hunting for sport with hounds is disgusting. Plus now illegal so I do think the sentence should have been more. However, I often feel this when it comes to animal abuse cases.

FizzyIce · 27/11/2019 13:15

@StylishMummy What a twatty thing to say .
You think that means it deserves to be torn limb from limb for some rich arseholes pleasure ?
What a nasty way to think .

StylishMummy · 27/11/2019 13:18

People are extremely empathetic to the foxes, what about the chickens the foxes tear to shreds?
The sport of hunting is a countryside tradition and has been for hundreds of years. I think it's astounding that people are getting so extreme in their responses for the foxes but don't extend this to the chickens/prey of the foxes?

poorstudent1010 · 27/11/2019 13:19

They purposely dragged the fox out of it’s hole for it to be tortured and killed, it’s irrelevant if foxes are vermin or not. It doesn’t stop the men’s actions from being cruel and disgusting.

A suspended sentence is virtually no sentence though. Next time they just won’t be dumb enough to get caught on camera.

DeepDarkWoods · 27/11/2019 13:20

JeffreeStar have you heard of alpacas protecting flocks from predators? Just wondering what your view is on this?
