It’s ‘best of a bad bunch’ in my case but there are three threads petrified of BJ/Tories so wondered if any MN Tories would like to gather here!

To say this is unrealistic is an understatement

No it really isn’t, and there’s no reason for it to be. The NHS is increasingly reliant on tech, and it’s demonstrably problematic to outsource them all on an individual CCG / trust / even department basis.

We waste millions a year purchasing data solutions which conflict with others in the same CCG, and incompatible with others in adjacent trusts.

Do you know what happens when a woman who lives near the border of one county has a baby in the next county? It’s absolutely bloody ridiculous.

It’s all completely avoidable but requires organisation.

BMW6 · 25/11/2019 21:44

Well you may think that the Labour proposed risks are worthwhile, others may feel that the risks under Brexit are worthwhile!

Look, we are in agreement! People weigh up the risk and make their choice. Same as always.

Livelovebehappy · 25/11/2019 21:45

I’m not a die hard supporter of any party, but this time absolutely voting conservative. I couldn’t, with hand on heart, vote for labour this time. Corbyn is an idiot and surrounds himself with idiots. I don’t get why some seemingly intelligent people would vote for him.

EntropyRising · 25/11/2019 21:47

The most dynamic, responsive organisations would struggle to implement a complex enterprise solution without contractors. It would be far more expensive and take 2 or 3 times as long. The idea that the NHS is up to the task is frankly bonkers.

Clavinova · 25/11/2019 21:49

ArseDarkly
The Tory manifesto - i.e. Brexit

Labour AND Brexit would be much much worse.
Not to mention two more referendums.

EntropyRising · 25/11/2019 21:50

If Corbyn forms a government I’ll be reborn as a remainer.

woolie34 · 25/11/2019 21:52

So all the hate I'm getting is because I care. There's worse things to be disliked for I guess

EntropyRising · 25/11/2019 21:54

If it suits you woolie. Smile

EffervescentElephant · 25/11/2019 21:54

A 72 year-old Labour canvassers has been attacked and beaten by a 52 year-old man in Rotherham:

:(

Let's play nicely, please.

Justanotherlurker · 25/11/2019 21:55

Where are they lying? Labour aren’t proposing implementing the Swedish tax model.

They have still yet to produce any credible way of how they are going to fund it.

I know some Momentum bots are convinced it is fully costed but it is no way near. They are lying through omission in pretending that it will be only the top 5% that will face higher taxes, they haven't costed in the renationalisation project that will hit a lot of brick walls when they face real world politics and eu regulations.

It's the supporters who are trying to insinuate that we would only be inline of funding along with Sweden, Germany etc etc, but start to fall aprt when the finer details are highlighted.

BMW6 · 25/11/2019 21:56

Yes, that's right, everyone hates you "because you care"

If my eyes roll any more I'll be able to see out of the back of my head

woolie34 · 25/11/2019 21:59

What is it then?

EffervescentElephant · 25/11/2019 21:59

DustyDiamond- you were being disrespectful toward Jezsus and he messed up the formatting in your post. You see? Jeszus is Infinite in His Powers, mention His Name in vain at your peril.

BMW6 · 25/11/2019 22:03

A 72 year-old Labour canvassers has been attacked and beaten by a 52 year-old man in Rotherham:

Poor woman. Anyone of whatever political leaning who uses violence should be locked up for the maximum time and is an absolute cowardly cunt. Angry

itwaseverthus · 25/11/2019 22:04

I'll be voting Conservative although the SNP seem to have a grip on my patch here in Scotland and are decimating the education system. I voted Leave and just want it done. Have no idea what the Labour party position is on Brexit, they preface every answer with 'Clearly' then are as clear as mud. Until they rid themselves of the anti-semites I won't even consider them.

itwaseverthus · 25/11/2019 22:07

It was a 72 year old man BMW6 but yes, absolutely shocking incident.

Deathgrip · 25/11/2019 22:08

I know some Momentum bots are convinced it is fully costed but it is no way near. They are lying through omission in pretending that it will be only the top 5% that will face higher taxes, they haven't costed in the renationalisation project that will hit a lot of brick walls when they face real world politics and eu regulations.

Frankly if they manage to implement even 20% of what they’re proposing and the rest doesn’t materialise because of said brick walls, it will still be a damn sight better than what we have and would have under another Tory term even if they manage to implement their full manifesto.

You’re basically saying we can’t possibly elect a party because they may not be able to meet all of their goals, so let’s vote back in a party who want to maintain a dreadful status quo.

Chattybum · 25/11/2019 22:09

So all the hate I'm getting is because I care.

I thought you were barking mad before, but this takes the biscuit. Pass the sick bucket and get away with your faux wide eyed naivety act, it doesn't cut the mustard around here.

Clavinova · 25/11/2019 22:10

Labour AND Brexit would be much much worse.

Actually, I take that back - I had momentarily forgotten about Labour's 'open door' immigration policy, instant access to benefits and social housing, free broadband and a free puppy for everyone...

BMW6 · 25/11/2019 22:11

Could it be because of your incessant virtue signalling? Your pretentious jaw-dropping post that the poor have nothing to save up for apart from a house deposit?
Your needling another poster repeatedly by prefacing her (and others) username with @ when she asked you perfectly politlely NOT to several times? and your faux apologies for it, then doing it again?

and now you are fake whining "is it because I caaaaare" Hmm

Foolish or plain nasty? Hmm

Deathgrip · 25/11/2019 22:11

I voted Leave and just want it done.
It won’t be “done” for decades. You do understand this, right?

Have no idea what the Labour party position is on Brexit

You’re being disingenuous. Their position is incredibly clear, you just don’t agree with it.

If the tories get back in, a no deal Brexit is almost inevitable. I’m assuming you understand what this means.

Chattybum · 25/11/2019 22:14

I think you've earnt your days wages from Momentum HQ Woolie, I'll give you that.

woolie34 · 25/11/2019 22:15

I genuinely have no clue what you are talking about. But you seem to like that phrase. I made the quite because someone referred to me as "I care" as my only distinguishing feature. I've been insulted a fare bit in here, just wondering why that's all. But then it's us Labour supporters who are meant to be the insulting ones. Just confusing. Also why batshit?

ChloeDecker · 25/11/2019 22:15

*we are still wasting a billion odd over the failed NHS Database debacle, fucked up by Labour because they didn’t understand how to write contracts and blindly worked with the US. That we are still paying for. Monthly.

I am not a Conservative voter by the way but people have short memories. The fact that under Labour, the Coalition and the Conservatives none of them have been able to ‘fix the NHS’ and this means we should look to trying other solutions. Not just start the cycle of doom all over again.

BMW6 · 25/11/2019 22:17

If I were at Momentum HQ I certainly wouldn't be paying woolie34 - I don't think she/he has done the cause any favours!
