You are their entire world
After a busy week where I've had to leave DDog home alone a little more than usual (she usually goes most places with me) I am reminded how their whole little worlds really do centre around us, their owners. I get the impression she is feeling a little insecure this week - each evening without fail she has bumbled up the stairs and onto the main bed to join me, quietly snuggled up against my legs with her paws over her sweet, innocent face, snoozing. She's generally a very independent dog and usually at this time of the evening she'd be downstairs taking over the sofa, but this week she just wants to be close-by.
I'm not ashamed to say I adore every little hair on her precious body
and I'm sure I'm not the only one who treasures their DDog. AIBU to cherish every little moment with her and say never take for granted the fact that you are the entire world to your dog?
I may never be a perfect human but when she looks at me and chooses to spend her time curled up with me, that's about as close as I'll ever feel
