West highland terriers for me Smile Mother has one and she's a delightful little bundle of energy!

+1 for whippets

StillMedusa · 20/10/2019 22:23

Eurasier
I like my dogs large, fluffy and very affectionate! Mine also has a wicked sense of humour, a dash of naughtiness, and is intelligent.
I also like that as a rare breed she is a lovely talking point on walks, as I get to chat to other dog owners trying to work out what she is!

Labrador but could possibly be swayed by a Clumber spaniel.

Rainbowbrite11 · 20/10/2019 22:27

I have two border collies but I love all collies.
Gorgeous intelligent dogs

Babyroobs · 20/10/2019 22:28

We have a working cocker spaniel. He is adorable.

Newfoundland
Chow chow

spamm · 20/10/2019 22:33

Rhodesian Ridgebacks - the best!

Stinkycatbreath · 20/10/2019 22:34

I like rehomers of any mix. The best breed of all.

allfurcoatnoknickers · 20/10/2019 22:35

Cairn Terriers!! Mine died last year and I miss her terribly. Such bright and busy little dogs. And JRTs, I have two, and I love them even though they're awkward little bitey fuckers. So much fun though Grin.

@StillMedusa I LOVE Eurasiers. Wish I could have one, but we're the totally wrong home for the breed Sad.

Wheat2Harvest · 20/10/2019 22:38

If dogs could be selectively bred to produce a breed that has a crap catcher under its tail, I'd vote for that one.

fairydustandpixies · 20/10/2019 22:42

Staffies, staffies and staffies 😁

PrincessHoneysuckle · 20/10/2019 22:42

Staffie
Chihuahua
Great dane
Rottie
Pitbull

An eclectic mix!

Greedycushionhoarder2 · 20/10/2019 22:42

Whippet, this one especially

VickyEadieofThigh · 20/10/2019 22:43

Staffy. But any dog we get comes from rescue.

Wizzbangpop · 20/10/2019 22:45

Cavapoo - very biased opinion
Also love border terriers and spaniels.

Of the breeds I haven't owned. Red Setters are gorgeous

haggisaggis · 20/10/2019 22:47

Rough collies of course! Friendly, gentle and playful. Ours likes walks, does fun agility with dd and gets lots of attention out and about. Grooming is a pain though and he hates baths.

Irish Setters
Cavaliers
Bedlington Terrier
Vizslas - smooths are lovely but even more so Wirehaired
Dobermans

HazelBite · 20/10/2019 22:54

I used to mind a Border Terrier what great little dogs they are. Ds & DDil have a labrador/retriever cross, an absolute star.
I'm just a soft touch when it comes to dogs, they just have to look at me with those "nobody loves me, nobody feeds me" eyes, and I'm putty in their paws!

Allgirlskidsanddogs · 20/10/2019 22:54

Cavaliers and Labradors.

Runkle · 20/10/2019 22:57

Soft-coated wheaten terrier
