Is anyone prepared to admit their DC does not attend - now or in the future - a Russell Group university

Don't be afraid. This is a safe space. MNHQ probably won't ban you. Though you may have to name change.
You can even fess up if your DC didn't go to uni.
Come on - I know you're out there.

I had no idea what they were so googled them and apparently I went to one.
I did think it was a bit stricter than my friends uni’s while I was there Grin

Ds isn’t because they didn’t offer his course and he wanted to commute. Happy days! He loves his course, is doing really well, and will gain a professional qualification.

Ds2 is doing GCSE’s, so unsure of what he wants to do, but definitely something practical. But he’s 14, has 4 years to mature and decide yet. He’s in top sets so academically capable. But like ds1, as long as he’s happy, that’s all I care about. I will never push either to do something they do not want too.

This thread really is a litany of stealth and not so stealth boasts.

Did all of the posters posting to say they went to an RG uni just ignore the OP?

Surely no-one who graduated from university before 1994 can be said to have gone to a Russell Group uni?
